It was good car park is a open space, short walk to get food good location would stay again

The hotel is closed to the Tram station which is convenient to move around in Adelaide CBD.

It was a really nice stay

It was a pretty good place to sta. Although some of the items in the room.need to be updated. Had to put a garbage can underneath the pipe in the bathroom sink to sop the leaking on the floor.

Old hotel nicely tidied up. Basic rooms, very clean. Good, cheap guest laundry. Great for the price.

Clean property which is very close to public transport.

Hotel was clean and safe. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel room was showing signs of wear and tear- worn or carpet, paint peeling off bathroom door, ceiling tiles no longer fitting well. Gaps between wall and ceiling. You get what you pay for. Not a four star hotel as advertised. Photos of room etc not indicative of real life. Would not stay here again, many hotels nearby for not much more price.

Great spot with everything close at hand. Staff are exceptional in that they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Positive experience all round, recommending to everybody.

Easy access to hospital staff were very helpful Only thing we didn’t like was no fan in bathroom. Bathroom smelt so we needed to leave window open in room although it was cold

Taking into account the price, the room I rec iced was incredibly noisy. I was on the first floor overlooking the car park. The window did not shut fully so therefore anyone driving up the side street, parking in carpark as well as the clubs on the next street created noise. Walls were paper thin. I could hear what felt like every other room have a shower, go to the toilet, slam their door etc. I did not speak to management given it was an event weekend and didn't think there was anything they could do anyways. 1 power plug was broken and not operational. Not even a toaster. I would not recommend staying here if you want a relaxing sleep. Loudest room I've stayed in.

Everthing about our room was excellent, the fact that it was also an excellent price top it off. We will definately stay again.

Pleasant staff

This is our second time staying at Riviera. We chose to stay here again as it is - well priced, clean and convenient. There wasn't anything in the same price range that met our needs. Cannot fault Riviera and would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great location at a reasonable cost. The reception staff were friendly. Easy access to tram or an easy walk into the CBD for shopping or for the Festival Theatre.

Property was ok. Shared a room with my husband and 2 children (9,12). Would have been good to be provided with a toaster. Room and linen were clean.

Great place to stay, within walking distance to the casino, adelaide oval and the main cbd shopping. Staff all friendly, helpful and rooms clean and tidy.
