Great!

The room was find and the location was very convenient. The check in person was not knowledgeable of how to check in a person with a credit card. Rather than trying to find a solution at 12 am, we called our mother in law who came in her pajamas to run her credit card, explain to the lady the machine wasn't working, and that there is no pin to a credit card, there is a security code - very different terms. She needs training desperately. Once we got into the room it was ok.

The staff was courteous and the property was pleasing. However, the cleanliness of the room was lacking. Although it was not excessively dirty, it was evident that the shower and bathroom had not been thoroughly sanitized after the previous guest's departure.

Staff was very friendly and helped us pick a good place to eat that evening. Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable.

It is a nice place to stay. Very polite staff and the hotel has free parking.

Hotel is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom toilet paper figure was hanging off the wall and there was minimal toilet paper. Bathroom shower signs of wear and tear. I would stay here again but not for this price.

Below what I would expect for the price. Carpet was either poorly or not vacuumed. Broken toilet paper roll holder. Overall cleanliness was ok. Bedding really old and way broken down, needs refresh.

Good place to say

Great place for our family to gather. Rooms are pretty basic. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. Lobby was a good place to gather.

Check in was horrible. They didn’t have us in the system even though I showed them our reservation and confirmation. The front desk worker had to go speak with her manager about the situation which took 30 minutes total. Also charged $100 for an “incidental fee”, which I’m supposed to be refunded for but seems unlikely. I will be calling if the money doesn’t not return to me.

It was dandy. Just fine and dandy

Stay was wonderful overall. Everyone is nice and pleasant. Facility is very clean.

The hotel is new, clean and eco friendly. The room is pretty small but the bed that we slept on was comfortable. The location is good in Westerville being close to restaurants stores and a lovely residential area. The service was average and the hotel had a rule that was disappointing which is the 25$ fee they charge for early check in. I had to request something twice each request being on a separate day before I received what I needed for our room. Half of the staff were cordial and the other half were not very cordial. The climate control in our room was difficult to figure out and there were no instructions anywhere to be found for that or any other devices in our room. The sink in our bathroom didn’t drain very well and kept filling up every time we had to use it.

Nice clean quiet property

Everything was fine except that: a) the fitted sheet didn’t fit the mattress, which was annoying, and b) the hallway was painted the color of a bad trip. Otherwise excellent.

The first room we were given smelled like dogs and there was a dog continuously barking across the hall…. We were not traveling with a pet. The second room we were given did not smell much better. Will not be staying at Aloft again.

Very nice rooms and the property is located next to a lot of restaurants. Staff not so friendly but they made the check in/out process easy.

very nice hotel and great staff. but I will never stay there again. coffee is important. I cannot abide Coffe Mate. They had NO cream or half & half.

General setting of the room was good but the fridge very small, and there was no microwave in the room.
