Everything. I love this hotel. I stay here every time I stay in columbus.

If I had to put something, I'd say more supportive pillows. Ones not enough, two is to many.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was great and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was great. It was 10 minutes from family whom live in Westerville and to the event we came for. It was great that breakfast was included in our stay.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The outside area was gorgeous. Food at the restaurant was very good and larger portions than expected, far better than any food at a hotel we've been to. We only stayed 2 nights and still received room service (hasn't happened at others unless staying more than 3 nights). Would choose this hotel every time.

Only other thing I could have possibly hoped for was an outside pool but it's Ohio so best bet for any place is indoor pool.

Love the hotel but price was a little high.

Very nice overnight stay. Easy check in & no issues. Room was very nice.

The pricing for one night was double normal price probably due to several concerts and things going on in Columbus that day.
