I was in town for a conference and this hotel felt like a home away from home. I recommend this hotel for its peaceful ambiance, wonderful staff, and clean rooms. Will definitely be back when I'm in town again.

Very hospitable I enjoyed my stay. I only had one problem: the power went out for a moment, and they corrected it as soon as possible. The staff was very kind to me.

The property and the staff overall was wonderful, especially the outside area.
I would have liked for the bar/restaurant to be away from the elevators up to the rooms, it was not an ideal set up.
I was also surprised there was no hot tub.
Again, the staff was amazing, from the front desk to the restaurant host to the barista at the coffee bar.

I was in Westerville for a conference and this hotel was a delightful surprise. Well appointed, elegant, and spacious are words I'd use to describe the hotel. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and friendly. If all the Renaissance hotels are like this then I will book again.

The property is beautiful; however it’s the only hotel I have been to that doesn’t have a free Wi-Fi.. I think for a hotel of that rating Wi-Fi should be free for guests..

The check in was very convenient and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.
I always cleaned the room when I check in and the room was very clean.
The only thing I DIDN'T like was that the free wifi required a Bonvoy membership.

The photos online looked very promising and I was not disappointed. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, smelled nice and was also decorated nicely. The bathroom was amazing, so clean and modern. The Aveda products were a nice touch. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would happily stay here or at another Renaissance hotel again!

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing. The staff was so friendly.

Arrived late as we were driving all day and eager to get to sleep .
Had to have sheets changed as soon as we got to our room bc there was pubic hair and dried spot of blood on our bed.
Housekeeping came immediately and sorted it out.
