I have stayed at this property 3 times this was by far the worse experience. I doubt that I would stay at this hotel again in the future. Elevator sounds like it's going to stop working while you are in it, at any minute, bed and sofa bed just looked worn out and dated. TV service had issues.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! Room and bathroom were very clean. Lobby area was clean and all the staff were very friendly. We did have two small issues one being the refrigerator was a little noisy and the shower leaked between the sliding glass doors, but other than that, these were not a big issue.

Room refrigerator freezer was totally iced up. Shower doors did not prevent water from escaping onto the bathroom floor during shower. Breakfast service stopped at 9am vice 10.

Everything and everyone was great! My only recommendation would to install some towel rods in the bathroom. Room 410 didn’t have anywhere to hang towels after use except over the top of the shower door which is too high for short people. One by the sink/counter and one over the toilet or behind the bathroom door would be great.

1st I had to do a room switch every night I was there. The 1st deluxe room 312, TV was not working. 2nd deluxe room 412, the bathroom and room were full out nets and few flies. The 3rd and final room, 340 the sofa pull out mattress had several big dry blood stains on it. Overall, my family and I didn’t have a great experience, therefore, I don’t recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

For my first stay at the Four Point Sheraton it was really a nice stay. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, everything appeared well kept and clean. The best part was the black out blinds and curtain. I slept so good after moving my daughter in for college that it was so dark in my room that at 2pm I couldn't even tell it was still light outside. that was worth every penny just having a restful sleep after being so tired. The only thing I can say about the room is that I didn't understand the half size pillows on the bed, but that isn't a deal breaker it just reminded me of possibly worn pillows that were being made to work for the room. I would have enjoyed nice full size pillows that were a little more firm, but other than that I would stay again and plan to return a few more times in the future and will be booking a stay at this hotel.

Location was convenient property with clean we were not given the correct room and the room was the pits from entering the room turn right the floor is saturated with water. I’m going to the restroom to use the toilet the toilet tank top did not fit and would constantly go to fall. It seems as though their mattresses may have had some quality when they got them, but when getting onto the bed, your in-depth and I have pulled the entire muscle on my thigh, that I tried to sleep on very unhappy.

I was attending a wedding and called to make sure I would be able to check in at 3:00pm so I could get dressed and freshen up for the wedding. The staff member I spoke with said I am check you in and that wouldn’t be a problem. Arrived at the hotel, same staff said I’m sorry room was unavailable and she told me I could get in the lobby restroom. What in the world??? Finally got an email that the room was ready around 9pm. Then get to the room and there was a sewage smell coming from somewhere. Will not stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and efficient, room was clean. Stayed for an overnight and felt very safe. Kids enjoyed the pool and the towels were supplied. Would definitely return!

John Castronovo, Joseph, Jerry, Kim, our house keeper, supplied our room necessities, breakfast staff, front desk personnel and entire staff that worked July 15-22, 2024.
Everybody was so nice and accommodating to us, Howard Family Reunion.
My heart was made glad when the staff assisted my mom to the lobby, she wanted to watch television in the lobby. The young lady did not have to be so kind. May God continue to bless you and the hotel. Remodeling is nice.

I was greeted at the door by 2 Ladies and a Gent who were very friendly and knowledgable about their jobs. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was awesome and the Staff made sure it was prepared properly. The Coffee station was not stocked around 8:am but I am a patient Man and it was a slight inconvenience. The Room was clean, no odors, and everything in place. The shower water on the door leaks to the bathroom floor. A towel on the floor as a foot mat took care of it....Overall, I would give everything a 9.8 out of 10.!! Great job Team. The Front Area looks great but the side and back could use some work.

We did not end up staying at the hotel because the outdoor pool was not open. They were waiting for the NC inspector to come check the pool. The entire purpose of our choosing the hotel was the nice outdoor pool for the kids. However, the front desk manager and front desk representative were PHENOMENAL!! Absolutely wonderful!!! (The man who was the general manager was okay). They completely understood our need for the pool and canceled our reservation with no charge. Thank you!
