We arrived late and went straight to bed. We were woken up at 3am by gunshots which killed a man outside our window. The next day we got up and headed out to explore the city and arrived back at the room late and exhausted. It was only then I realized the sheets on the bed had not been changed since the previous guest. There was dried fecal matter on the fitted sheet. Lesson learned.

First time staying at a MOXY hotel and it was definitely not your standard hotel. Things to note: - No coffee machine in the room; had to go to the lobby for coffee. - There was no desk in the room, so not a great hotel option if you need to work. - They play music in the hallways at all hours. There is even a bucket of earplugs by each elevator. If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the hotel for you. - There are linen closets on most floors (except 3) where you are expected to get towels, toiletries, etc. yourself. Cons: - I asked for daily room cleaning and they only came once in 4 nights. - I asked for a late checkout and was told 2pm was fine. At 2pm I received a phone call from the hotel asking why I hadn't checked out at 11am. There needs to be better communication between the front desk staff. - A room key card is needed to get into the hotel from the back entrance, but once you're in the hotel lobby, anyone can access the hotel rooms via the elevators. I would have felt much safer if the elevator access was also restricted to guests with room key cards. For the price, I would rather stay at a more traditional hotel.

In our booking it said parking included but when we arrived at checkin the wanted to charge us 29$ per day for a valet parking. I showed the lady our booking and she referred us to talk to someone else the next day, and the next one referred to another, in the end we had talked to 5 people in the end. Eric was the last one and he managed to remove the charge for parking for us. A bit irritating to have use time to hustle with staff about something we already paid for. Well, well. Otherwise rooms nice and clean. A bit noisy from other guests and elevator..

The Moxy was dope AF! I love the eclectic vibe. The drink token at check-in is Lit !

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was very convenient to everything downtown! The bar had some great drink options too.

Air conditioner made crazy noises all night, most tv channels didn’t work, and the shower leaked really bad. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that wish the room had was a mini refrigerator. Loved the Moxy punch.

There were no room darkening drapes. The light from the surrounding hotels came right thru. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower door did not fit and water leaked out onto the floor. The outside noise with the trolley blowing its horn every 20-30 minutes kept us awake until Midnight.

Sorry, but this Moxy hotel had a dark elevator. It had a way too dark hallway on the fourth floor. No mini- fridge, no ice machine. My fault for not reading the hotel description. Good water pressure and hot water. Clean tiny room.

It listed free parking but only parking option was pad at $30/night. Upon arrival we were told the tv wouldn’t work. Not only didn’t it work, when we turned it off, it turned back on by itself about every 10-15 minutes until we unplugged in the middle of the night. The breakfast sandwich we ordered was average at best and staff was indifferent.

Hotel staff was very unengaged, especially the night shift lady very rude, cursing talking to another customer very unprofessional. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. Could barely get any towels for the room. And room was not clean.

Overall, it was good. We have no major complaints, it was clean and comfortable. The staff just seemed a little overwhelmed. We would stay again though

The property was conveniently located near our route into and out of Memphis and the price was right.

Was there during the big storm! Staff was fantastic. Valet is pricy but worth it, valets are kind, respectful and very efficient. Property is super trendy, worth the prices.

I went for basketball game. Location was great. Hotel staff was amazing and room was clean. Not walking distance to beatle street. I was told only 4 blocks but i had to drive. Other than that...it was great. I would stay again.

Great service and amazing drinks! Atmosphere perfect and location was spot on
