Great hotel in the centre of Shibuya. The rooms were clean and thr bed was very comfy - just what we needed to recover from a 14 hour flight! Breakfast was brilliant, with a wide selection of things to choose from - especially liked the omelette station. Location perfect near transport links.

The location of this hotel was excellent, very close to Miyashita park and associated areas with lots of dining choices. It was also very close to the metro/train and scramble crossing - this comes with large crowds and sadly lots of litter. The property itself was very clean. I visited in September and found the air conditioning to be rather feeble (in room) and hallways. The room and bathroom was a bit small, especially if you don't travel light, but these are small trade-offs to be located so very close to everything!

Amazing location, clean room and lovely staff. The only downside was that it was slightly small for the two of us but we made it work. 5-10 mins walking distance to shibuya station, shibuya scramble, restaurants & shopping

Location, location, location! The location is great, it’s only about a 2 minute walk from the famous Shibuya scramble street crossing. Familymart and plenty of shopping and restaurants at a walking distance. However, I did not like the hotel. Our room was super small, it was the worst room we stayed at in our 15 day trip to Japan. The bed was the worst one in my life, I couldn’t sleep AT ALL. It was super hard to sleep on. I was there in August and it was so hot, the AC was stuck at 20 degrees Celsius, but no way in hell was that 20degrees. That felt more like 25-30 inside. In all our different hotels, the AC was at 20 degrees by choice because we were able to adjust it and it felt cold. However this hotel’s 20degrees was not it. We would all be sweating at night when it was “supposedly” 20 degrees. The bathroom was so small and the toilet was for a child. Even my 8yr old son said it was perfect for him. He even commented on how small it was. I had to maneuver myself well to make sure I did my necessities inside the toilet bowl. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They gave us an icy stick when checking in, which was perfect for the 97degree humidity weather there was. I would not stay here again. Not even our luggage’s fit well. Definitely I do not recommend for a triple sharing room.

Location was great. Right next to metro station and the shibuya crossing. But the rooms were tiny and not as clean as I was expecting; my non smoking room smelled of smoke. Overall it was not bad. Had a queen bed that fit myself and my 2 teenage daughters

Attentive staff

Location is great. Close to subway and shopping area. The only issue was the A/C in August… it was warm inside the room. The staff offered a fan which helped.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. However the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We had booked a non-smoking room (the whole hotel is non-smoking), but it sounded like the hotel recently converted to non-smoking so many of the rooms still smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom was extremely small, but worked fine. Overall it was a fairly good price for a very central location, but the room itself was very small and not particularly comfortable or nice to be in.

Very clean property, safe, and convenient - near train stations, Shibuya crossing area, shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing places are all walkable. Stayed for 5 nights in late July and the pre-paid breakfast buffet was worth it for my family reducing stress of looking for place to eat in the morning and we could all go at our own separate times. Breakfast had good choices of food; appreciated the many healthy options and the Japanese style breakfast. Hotel floor was quiet for sleeping, beds were comfortable, and laundry facilities available on 5th floor, although it took longer to do as these are small appliances for amount of clothes for 3 people; and only 2 of each are available. Our room always seemed warm even though it was set at 68 deg F with the west facing windows the hot summer sun. Either we closed it with sliding wood window and remain dark in the room without a view or keep it open to allow light in. Maybe some insulating curtains are in need. Overall, we would stay here again for the ease of arriving/departing from Narita Airport; and the location with the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Room is very small for family of 3 (17 y/o daughter, and a 6'2' spouse), but then again, space is a premium in this city. Hotel staff always very polite and helpful.

Unbelievably close to Shibuya Station

Since I use a wheelchair, the staff had to work extra hard to take me in and out the service entrance daily. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The hotel room was clean and the common areas were very well kept. In addition, the staff was attentive, professional and polite at all times. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Tokyo.

We will stay in this hotel again for sure! Just love it! 😍 You just go everywhere very convenient and easily.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be within walking diatance of shibuya crossing, shopping, subway, and bus and taxi zones.

Reasonable price for a 3-star hotel.
