It was a great location and a good experience for a get together with some friends

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the tv was broken, the room was dirty, there was bugs all over the room . We asked for another room they told us they cant change it. They charged me extra because checkin was at 3pm and they said if i wanted to checkin early i will have to pay $30. Which i paid , I checked my account and saw that they charged me twice. I ended up not sleeping in the room . The next day when i was checking out i told them they charged me twice , they denied and said if i see any extra charges, i should give them a call

Overall the hotel was quite nice. I just had a few issues, first the keys didn't work. So I had to go get new ones, not a big deal, but a little annoying. Then when we got in the room there were what seemed like two full beds instead of a single king like we had reserved. The staff was friendly and probably would have helped, but we were tired that night and didn't have time to ask about it in the morning. I'm assuming it's not a common mistake, but it was a little disappointing. Also, no free internet, which seemed odd to me

The hotel was spotless and beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely and had great pressure. We didnt get to try breakfast but did enjoy a drink downstairs. The service was all around wonderful.

a restaurant Service for nigth in some cases is quired I arrive to my check in at 10:00 pm and restaurant close. When I Leave at 6:00 am the restaurant was close. In some hotels room Service is an option

Awesome suite room on 7th floor. Nice bar to grab a drink and in the morning it was the breakfast room. Breakfast was included with our room rate but was not the case for all rooms. Breakfast selection was above average and breakfast staff were amazing but food was barely warm. Might have just been timing as they were refilling everything just after we got our food. Price of room given the current rate of inflation, was reasonable.

Easy to get to off the interstate, and it was less than a 20 minute drive into downtown Minneapolis. The little counter had some decent breakfast options for those skipping the buffet.

Was here on a one nite stay. From when we walked into the property, just excellent. Friendly staff at check in, our room was amazing. Will for sure stay again.

Massive place, comfy beds, clean, friendly staff.. for the price and how nice it is, one would expect atleast free coffee in morning. Husband wasnt real happy about that. Could have stayed at holiday inn and gotten that AND breakfast.
Also the amount of people smoking pot outside front door tob left was wild.

It was a very nice hotel! Everyone was helpful and I liked the way the rooms all face the lobby.
No dislikes, other than I ran out of time to go swimming :). Maybe later pool hours for adults, haha!

This Has become one of our favorites to stay at. It’s near a lot of things food wise. The receptionist is always super nice and sweet. Never had an issue there. They have a place there and a little convenience store. The place seems to be very family oriented. There’s always some sort of get together going on there. Looks like they have a nice bar club atmosphere haven’t tried that yet, but looking forward to the

Check in was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. The cleaning staff were amazing and even when we left at 3pm one day they still came in and cleaned. The only downside was the pool was very cold but even that was ok on the hot humid day we used it. Would stay here again! Fantastic!

The room was great , but I had to change because of water sprinklers flooding my floor and replacement was smaller than the original

Amazing stay! Hotel was extremely clean, staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, modern with comfortable beds (even the pull out sofa!).
Gym was well stocked, maintained and accessible. Pool looked great even though we didn’t have a chance to use it during our stay.
Will definitely stay again!

The stay was fine but due to the hotel being packed with soccer players, the hotel was pretty noisy. At the pool we had to ask for more towels because no one was checking them and all of the towels were gone. Also, room service came into my room and took the items I had in the fridge. Check out wasn’t until 11 but they can in early to clean the room. I was MAD when I found all of my fridge items gone!
