The hotel has some nice aspects, such as its location and friendly staff. However, my room on the second floor had a basement-like feeling, with an unpleasant smell and a view dominated by noisy air-conditioning systems. I assume other rooms are better, but overall, my experience was not very positive.

Small rom, old smelly carpet in rooms and corridor. The whole hotel is in great need of a total makeover, hasn’t been renovated in a very long time. The ceiling in our room was very low probably due to drain pipes. Because of the pipes we could hear every time somebody on the floor above flushed the toilet. The only good thing is the location. We will never ever stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice tony hotel close to Central Square and Central Station.

This place needs some serious renovations. The lobby is fine, but our room was simply put gross. The carpet was stained all over, the furniture looked like has never been replaced. Also, our room was right across the old elevator that made a weird, Chewbacca sound every five seconds. Imagine hearing that scream late at night and early in the morning all throughout the day. The bathroom and breakfast were nice.

The property is right in the heart of the old town, just off the main square, so central attractions were in close proximity. The bathroom was quite nice though the shower screen allowed water to the floor. The bedrooms and corridors upstairs are still dated and the carpet is probably the first in need of replacement.

Triple room needed some updating, but was a great spot for our family layover for one night. Safe, walkable to lots of places. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Would love to return!

The hotel is ok overall. Not impressive. Uber/taxi access is limited and confusing. A couple blocks from Grand Place is a plus.

You can’t beat this hotel’s location if you want to be in the center of everything in Brussels. Everything is walking distance, including the Centraal train station, which makes it a perfect hub for a bunch of day trips. I was really glad I chose to stay here and use it as my hub to see all of Belgium.

Very old hotel. Needs a full refurbishment. No basics included like: tea, coffee, water. No ironing board nor iron. It had a smell coming out of the bathroom. Breakfast was good and included in price.

A very good hotel if you do not have a car to get around. Only about 7 minutes walk from Brussels central station and in a very safe area. We simply walked to most tourist attractions, plenty of shopping and dining options around. Breakfast was good, room comfortable.

It was a very good hotel and our family had an enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a nice variety. Overall it was a nice place to relax and sleep after coming back from doing tours or just being outside.

It's close to center city at 2 minutes of walking to Grand Place and 5 to station central.
Anything has been good, breakfast was good with good alternative, room with spaces, bathroom also.

This property was absolutely amazing a must day will definitely be back in the heart of Brussels amazing staff great breakfast friendly people close to absolutely everything convenient store across the street amazing clothing store next-door restaurants on every which side I give it a 20 out of 10 if you’re contemplating stay here, think no more this is the place to stay!!

Great location. Some public areas of the hotel have been recently upgraded and look good, some other areas and bedrooms are a bit older but clean and comfortable for a family stay.

Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and nice room, the only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities in the room, we come for the Christmas market and the Hotel was perfect for that.

The location was great and very close to Grand Place, Brussels Central station, other sights.
However the hotel itself was very dated and staff was not that helpful. The breakfast was very minimal and not great. If don’t intend to be in the room very long it’s fine, but if you’re looking for a a nice place with good customer service I would stay elsewhere.

The hotel lost its best attraction, its roof restaurant with a beautiful view of Grand Place and Brussels centre rooftops.

Excellent location. We have stayed a few times. The staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has recently been renovated. The room is clean but a bit tired. Could do with a repaint.
