Communal areas were comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean and a good size. We appreciated the drinks in the lobby. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were tasty.

We stayed here for the last night of our 10 day tour. The hotel is beautiful. Great location to walk to the town and to the Olympic site. Rooms were lovely. Good food. Really clean. Staff very friendly - would defo go back.

I had a great stay! The provided food was good and the small gym was just what I needed -- a few mats, a few cardio machines and free weights.

The room is a bit small. There are some visible stains on the lighting. Breakfast and dinner are superb.

Very nice stay. The room was clean and very modern. I also like the bathroom with dimmed lights. Lastly, did not expect the breakfast and dinner to be delicious.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the train station and hadn’t really thought much about the free dinner. But it was delicious! The 3 o’clock snack and light dinner was actually a full meal and I didn’t have to worry about eating every night! The hotel was very cozy and rooms were nice.

When we walked in, had the warmest we received a warm and professional welcome from Inga, who discussed our room preferences and assigned us room 426. As we entered our room, the door to 425 across the hall was open since the room was being cleaned; we noticed it was larger with a nice view of the mountains as well as a balcony. So, for an additional NOK 600 we upgraded - and still felt we were getting a good deal. We loved our room, although since it was hotter than normal and the room had no air-conditioning, it was warm, especially with the setting sun; the fan they gave us helped. The room was furnished very nicely and had a separate sitting area with a TV in the middle of the room that could be turned toward the couch or bed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wifi/internet worked well. The bathroom was large and had a tub and shower (separate) as well as a countertop where we could place our toiletries.Coffee was always available in the lobby and in our room. At 3:00, they put out complimentary cake. at 6:00, they served a nice buffet dinner, which was included in the price of the room! We enjoyed our meal sitting in the courtyard garden, where we also had breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We were able to park on the street outside since we arrived on Sunday and parking was free (and cost NOK 86 for three hours on Monday morning); and convenient parking is also available for a modest fee in the hotel lot.

The dinners were a nice surprise, really good food. Hotel was near Main Street and you could walk to Maihaugen!

Great little hotel on the main walking street of Lillehammer made famous in 1994 and the Olympics. Short walk, even with suitcases, up a hill from the train station. Wonderful breakfasts. Nice afternoon tea and cakes. Delicious lite evening meal provided. Great customer service from front desk. All combined for a wonderful three day, two night stay. Short 30 minute bus ride to Hafjell ski resort, our ultimate destination. Highly recommend this place.
