Nice and quiet hotel with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Since I'd never been to the Boston metro area before I didn't realize it was quite a drive from the airport, but it was well located for us to continue our trip up north. No complaints at all.

Lovely room with separate sitting area, kitchen and bedroom. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a longer trip. Breakfast was lovely too

Completely OK. For $300 a night outside of town I would have expected better. The rooms are a little bit old and dirty and in need of renovation. Bit of mould in the shower, that kind of thing.

The hotel was fully used - people in the pool, using the grill and patio area, the breakfast and later-in-the-day bar were hopping. And the staff was easy to deal with. No surprises, no problems.

For us two adults with two kids the place was comfortable. Every employee at this hotel just simply did a GREAT job in keeping it clean and running. We truely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We only wish that Hotel.com had reserved a room with two Queen sized beds instead of one queen and one folding sofa bed for the four of us. The fridge in the living quarter made cracking sounds for the first two nights, but was quiet on the third night. Again, Thank you very very kindly to all Hyatt employees for making our stay comfortable.

We went into the hotel and the hallways smelled musty. When entering the room, the window was open but no screen was present. Lastly and most importantly, that evening someone had fried fish that stunk up the hallway and our room. We complained an upon checkout, the staff knew about the fish odor and they did receive several complaints. However, breakfast was excellent and overall the hotel and property was very clean and well maintained.

I stayed 4 nights and our experience was not good at all.
We requested our room to be clean daily unfortunately not even once our room was vacuum and bed sheets was not change.

The curtains in the room on the first floor are transparent, which makes me feel very uneasy. People outside can see clearly. The bathroom is too small. The alarm in the room is not checked regularly and it kept ringing at around 5 am. The children were scared. We told the front desk about the situation, but they replied calmly, "Oh, we don't know." That's it, no apology or explanation

Suite was well equipped. We checked in at 11:35 pm. Gentleman at check in could have had a better attitude. We just arrived, said hello and that we were checking in and he looked so bothered asking me why i didnt check in online.
Besides that, it was pleasant. Breakfast was ok.

The property was clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem at check in but we got past it. We arrived too early for check in but the hotel allowed us to store some temperature sensitive boxes in their storage room. The complementary breakfast was good. The outdoor pool and lounge area looked well kept but we did not utilize it They had a little bar area for the evening hours. All in all we would stay there again

I had serious issues with my visit at Hyatt House. Felt like I was staying in an apartment building not a hotel. Shoes and Bikes were allowed to stay in the hall. Linen carts were kept open and out in the hall as well so they had potential to be dirtied by anyone. Second day there I was making the bed and found BLOOD, yes blood on the blanket covered up by the duvet. There’s no way housekeeping couldn’t see it when they made the bed. Didn’t offer to changed my room! Didn’t offer a refund or discount, cleaners didn’t come for 4 hours after I initially reported it!! Gross, Don’t stay there, not worth it!

The outdoor pool and grounds were lovely and so inviting. We also enjoyed the kitchen in our room - although we did very little cooking.
There were lots of exits with stairs - we hardly ever used the elevator.
The omelet service, fresh cut fruit, and homemade hash browns were a treat at breakfast.

Very nice hotel! The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and fresh made omelets. Great pool and outdoor seating area. We loved our room with the separate seating and kitchen area. And a quick uber ride to get to the Alewife train station and a quick train ride to Cambridge and Boston.

The room stunk so bad i coukd barely stay in it. It smelled like they were trying to cover up someone who had been smoking in the room with a horrible perfume on the carpet. It hit you like a stink wall when you opened the door. Not one of the housekeeping staff made eye contact, said hi, or could be bothered to stop and help when trying to talk to them.

This Hyatt hotel was a great hotel. I felt it was clean and well maintained, parking was easy and the staff was friendly. There were a few restaurants right nearby. The mini fridge and microwave were a good size and clean. Overall great stay.

It was pleasant and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable. There were dogs barking down the hall multiple times. My room overlooked the pool ... there was very loud noise both nights ... not late, but pretty annoying.

Nice room and easy location. Very friendly front staff. However, when we asked on the 2nd day for housekeeping and a repair of a leaking shower, we got a partial repair and no housekeeping service. The omelet made by Mike each morning was superb, but the rest of the breakfast offerings were mediocre, with milk carafe starting to turn bad. The breakfast layout changed each day with different things missing - one day large plates missing, one day thermal coffee cups, one day metal forks.

The courtyard with the pool and picnic area was amazing! The trees, flowering shrubs and landscape in the courtyard are so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast and complimentary hot coffee were nice bonuses. We loved the spacious and well equipped suite that we stayed in on the third floor. I would stay here again without hesitation in the future.

Cons: Air conditioning was not working upon checking in (on a very hot day). They did put us in a different, much better room though
