Nice hotel. Rooms are nice and big and the beds are great. Bathroom is also good and spacey. Good location.

Personnel was friendly but they left a lot to be desired. We found the locker in our room closed with no possibility to open but to call reception, we had cleaning coming into our room unannounced, our paid for breakfasts wee not known to the restaurant staff, and so on. The carpet in our room was full of stains.

Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since.

I booked the hotel because it was conveniently close to an event we attended with my friend. It wasn't one of the cheapest, but we were very satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. Very spacious and comfortable room, good bed and bathroom, and the breakfast was good. Also friendly staff. I'll book the hotel again if I've a reason to travel to Edegem.

Room didn't have a phone to call downstairs so every time we needed something we had to go down to get it or ask. Coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod in it so I couldnt drink coffee my whole stay. Bathroom tissue holder was hand knitted and when I grabbed the toilet paper out of the holder silver fish bugs came out! Not the best location hotel either, taxi was $40 in any direction to get to the action. Only plus was the restaurant. Staff were super friendly music was awesome and you can sit inside or out and we didn't feel rushed.

The hotel was great but I had to leave early and they could not cancel my second night. They said it could only be canceled through hotels.com. That made sense and I tried to change my reservation online but it was confusing and didn't work out in the end. So we had to pay the $125 something for the second night for nothing. I would love to talk to somebody at hotels.com about it.

The hotel seemed old and worn - maybe it was just our rooms. Breakfast was expensive and bad. Not going to book there again.

Our stay was very pleasant and the room was spacious. There wasnt a restaurant but a bistro across the parking which was OK for us as we needed only a small bite.Breakfast in the hotel was very good with a large selection items.

We requested a disabled room and I called them ahead of time to confirm this. However, we were booked into a ground floor room but there were no washing facilities for a disabled person. Every room in hotel has a high bath with shower attached so only for people able to step up into bath.

We only stayed one night, just to have a nice night rest after a party in the neighbourhood (= to avoid a long nightly drive...).
Friendly service @frontdesk & @breakfast. Very spacious room & clean bathroom. Sound insulation maybe not the best, but doable! (we heard people walking in alley, rooms).
Fresh fruit, dried fruit, decent variety of bread & spreads (hams, cheeses, smoked salmon).
Spacious parking lot.
We would not take this kind of hotel for longer stay, but ...for the purpose of our stay, it was a perfect fit!

We stayed overnight on our way to Germany. Plenty of space to park. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so we can't comment on that aspect.

If the minibar [which only contained 2 bottles of free water] could had been switched off for the night, I wouldve given 5 stars. Like this it was a bit noisier in the room at night than what Im used to.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Convenient for visiting in the area but do need own transport or taxi- especially in bad weather.

I cant fault the hotel, the staff, the environment was great for my short stay, the breakfast provided everything I needed.Although the hotel did not cater for evening meals I could use David Lloyd but there was not much within walking distance which I could find.The only down side to my stay was my room was next to the entrance which of an evening with a large group staying was noisy.

A little bit difficult to find with an out of date GPS, but not an issue. The hotel is what we expected. The only thing that I'd say we did not like was the interior lighting of the room. The lighting was dim and the room was a bit darker, giving it a less homey feeling than we liked. Otherwise, no issues...standard hotel.

I needed a good quality hotel not far from Antwerp for an overnight stop. Very large room, clean bathroom comfortable, good wifi. Breakfast buffet was fresh with good range of hot and cold. Lots of parking and felt secure. The restaurant is in a David Lloyd complex across the parking. Not much in walking distance except an excellent brasserie/pub Brasserie De Sprecht. Less than 10 minute stroll. Great beers and food was good. Perfect place for a one night stop passing Antwerp.

The hotel room was beautiful! Absolutely stunning. The staff their was so helpful, they gave us maps, clear directions and good interesting information. Im DEFINATELY coming here again.

The rooms are big but having two single beds instead of a double is one of my pet hates. The single beds were not very big. The "conference food" we had was actually quite nice for this kind of thing and breakfast was decent. Hotel service not always quick. Please note this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and there is no restaurant in the evening. I suspect during the day all that is available is conference food. It costs at least EUR 25 each way on a taxi to get to town, so bear that in mind.

The name "suite" is a bit a misnomer for a large room. It is large however. :-)

I needed a place to lay my head for a few hours whilst on a long drive from the UK to Denmark - spacious, clean room and very comfortable bed; courteous and friendly staff, lovely breakfast and inexpensive. I didn't have the time to enjoy the facilities, but I would expect they'd be as good as those aspects I did have the pleasure to experience.
