Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied and I am not a person to complain at all. The room had a very distinct odor to it. I literally had to clean the bathtub before my mother could take a shower and the sheets were stained with something! It was completely filthy. Not happy at all and won’t stay there again.

Nice clean room and easy access to the hotel. Beds were very comfortable! Shower was OK. Could easily hear the neighbors through the walls. Hard to sleep in. No breakfast was included.

It was a quick tripped planned to the Childrens Museum, which is only 10 mins away, great location right off highway. Quick and easy check in, very clean check in area with friendly service. Room was clean and up to date granddaughter was super excited! Of course, we visited the pool area which was clean and organized. Only thing was I wish it had a hot tub.

Hotel was fine. However, we had prepaid and the afternoon of our stay the hotel called saying they had overbooked. They tried pushing us off to a "sister" hotel. It was not as nice, and the person trying to tell us that we had to stay elsewhere was very rude. She said that she had already cancelled our stay and there was nothing I could do about it. I told her that I had prepaid and would be checking in, then hung up. Once we arrived, I was able to get the room. But wow, what a hassle and terrible customer service.

The beds were fine room was a decent size. My complaints are that the tubs were stained also The elevators were too small. You could only fit four people in there And they only had one elevator, so there was a lot of waiting for an elevator.. Also, we came in Friday night and saw that there was a big party in the pool so we waited until the next day to go swimming in the pool was very nasty. A lot of Floaties ( food, parts of paper) No staff clean the pool…

Booked for a quick overnight stay, but unfortunately did not get any sleep. Walls were paper thin and room was directly beside the elevator -- with children and a booked hotel, we were awaken at every hour of the night, could hear the elevator every time it dinged and arrived. Could even hear the cleaning ladies conversing next door and had to just get out of bed after a terrible night's sleep and take off. Also, very strong scent of pool bleach, in the lobby and elevators and halls.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, comfortable and quiet. The water was so soft!! I booked for one night, but on the day of our departure, we decided to stay another night. Without hesitation, we rebooked at this Marriott property and had an equally enjoyable stay!

My room was covered with sugar ants. I went to the front desk to complain and was told it’s a normal thing and someone would come spray the room. When I got in later that evening the ants were worse than before.

Everything was great with my hotel stay. I only wish there was a microwave in the room for what they are charging for the room rate. It is an inconvenience to walk down the hall to use a community microwave across from the ice machine.

It was an amazing stay overall !! Minus the the ice on the ground walking from my car and I’m pregnant definitely a law suit if someone falls. Definitely needs to have salt put down there were elderly people walking in and almost falling.

Every morning at 4:45AM, the trash truck was right outside our window. Very loud! Most of the staff were friendly. A few were not! Customer Service goes a long way!

Everything was great except for 1 issue. My husband was so frustrated he wanted me to only leave one star but he agreed that otherwise we had no complaints. He hated that when hed use the restroom, the seat would not stay up on its own.. hed have to hold it in place while using... lol.
Would stay here again ..just in a different room hopefully ;)

When we were checking in the desk clerk answered the phone as he was checking us in. I felt like I was disturbing him. There was no Amazon app for the streaming services. I pick Marriott specifically for their streaming TV apps. At 2 am a group of people went up the elevator to their rooms and we were right next to the elevator. The elevator dinging woke us up. Then these people proceeded to yell good night to each other.
Probably the worst experience ever at any hotel.
I won't be back to this location again.
