Very easy to walk to the terminal. Very quiet rooms.

It’s a corporate business hotel that has no personality . The front desk may as well be robots . Totally unfriendly experience . It it’s the most convenient hotel across from the airport and is super busy. Therefore they don’t care

Great hotel for overnight stay at Schiphol airport. Quick covered walk to the terminal straight from the hotel. Good food - nice staff. We always stay here on our way back to the states

Have stayed here numerous times. As always service was impeccable. Easy check in, excellent food and drink, clean comfortable room and perfect location for an early flight.

Pretty convenient for a stay overnight, but the price is a bit exaggerated. No room bar, everything has to be picked or ordered. Better than the Hilton next door though, which had a pretty worn down room.

The bed was not properly made and it felt like someone had slept in it before
went to check in and they told me it had been cleaned and verified and that they had high standard. I never wrote a negative review but it was a weird feeling when I saw the bed!

Perfect choice for the first night after a long flight. Spacious, comfortable room, excellent free coffee on every floor, free water bottles in the room, clean and modern.
Had to check in early, which was no problem and they didn't charge extra.

The perfect place to stay when traveling through Amsterdam. It was easy to get into the main city for the day and then easy to get to the airport for our flight out.

Perfect location for our short stay in Amsterdam. Easily access train station into Centraal. Airport and station were just a few minutes walk away that was fully covered. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Helps that Amsterdam also has great transit system.

I paid almost $300 for the room. One bathrobe; are we meant to share it?? And the accumulated hair behind the bathroom door was an interesting touch.

Quick overnight for a cruise. Didn’t arrive until 1:30 AM and left first thing in the morning, so didn’t really get to know the hotel

The room was well done. Great location attached to the airport. Silent in the room. The front desk tried to have me sign for an expensive breakfast that I did not request when we were checking in. Thankfully I questioned why I was having to sign the form and avoided the extra charge.

As an airport hotel the breakfast starts to late. For the cost of the room, not the best but easy to use since it just a so close to the airport.

Perfect hotel and direct terminal access. Only issue was that water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

I like to stay here because of the location (in the airport) and because they have a nice bar with music and knowledgeable staff. This time, the bar was closed for a private event. There is another bar but it has some teenagers serving who don’t have a clue. For example, they told a customer they do not have ‘a pilsner’ when they have draft Heineken. In this bar, no nice nuts or nibbles with your glass either. Big disappointment.

The perfect place to end our visit to the Netherlands, we stayed at this hotel because we had an early departure home the next day. Even though it was on the airport property it was quite and comfortable. I would recommend!

It was great except for the mouse running around the breakfast area. I reported it and they knew. However, the had doors in the same room as the mouse that were open to the kitchen area! I refused to eat there!

The shampoo and body soap in the shower where empty. Shouldn't this be checked during cleaning? Which gives me doubts about the cleaning. I only stayed 1 night, I informed the staffbers when. Checking out.

You can access the Sheraton Schiphol via the airport lobby completely indoors so no worries about walking the short distance in rainy conditions

The gym is amazing, the beds are a bit to soft for me but thats a me problem.
