My Stay was wonderful and relaxing .. just what I needed

We had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton with a family of 5 and our two pets. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was great for the kids. Great experience during a difficult and stressful time for our family.

This motel is right off the interstate. Easy to get in and out of. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, grits, oatmeal and make-your-own waffles as the hot options. Room was clean and comfortable, no road noise. Indoor pool/hot tub available(we did not use). Bed was on the hard side of comfortable, but not awful. Overall, the accommodations
were perfect for our 1 night stay. We paid $112 out the door for our King with a sofa room. It is a place we would stay in again.

Great location, just off I75. Large room, king bed with sofa. Perfect for overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and we had nice hot showers!
The only minor issue was that the sleep timer didn't work and there were no instructions for tv on how to get channel guide, or a list of channels..

Totally unexpectedly nice. Huge TV and super comfy bed. Super clean property. I will be back on any future trips including this stop. Super friendly and welcoming front desk!

The keys didn’t work once had to go to front desk. Couldn’t get the room temperature to be stable. No covers looked like only sheets- it was cold. No hot water the morning we left - couldn’t shower. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is outdated.

Other than the carpet needs replacing it was good. Good breakfast options. Even had a waffle maker and oatmeal. The breakfast employee was very friendly and helpful. Nice employee.

Run down hotel and room. A/C worked but did not cool room. Very noisy. Just not nice.

The room was clean, albeit it did have a refrigerator that was leaking and the carpet was soaked. Also the GFI outlet by the sink wasn’t working properly and would not reset. The staff was made aware of the problems and they graciously offered to move us to a different room. However it was late, we had already unpacked and just wanted to go to bed. That said, we opted to stay in the room since it was only a 1 night stay.
As a side note, these were problems were old as evidenced by the water damage on the refrigerator cabinet. The problems could have and should have been addressed had housekeeping and/or maintenance been more astute.

The room was old and outdated. The jacuzzi tub did not work. The hot water was luke warm. The chair was broken to the point that you couldnt sit in it. Lamp shades were missing. Not worth the money. 3/10...will not stay again

Its set up like a MOTEL. Doors to outside. You can hear every truck and smoker walking by. Some rooms have adjoining doors that are permanently locked BUT not sound proof. Black mild in bathroom. Brown spots(grease) on white towels...i will spend an extra $20 per night to go elsewhere.

Don’t let the older appearance of the exterior sway you- the rooms are so spacious, clean and updated. Beds were so comfortable- and the breakfast attendant was so sweet!

The front desk personnel, especially in the morning (possibly named Nelly) was very friendly, helpful and kind).
I wish it felt safer, especially because I was traveling with my children, but they did not feel safe.
I wish it felt cleaner, but my children found dead bugs in our room.
I had hoped to exercise but the equipment didn’t work for some reason.
The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long drive.
The bed was very comfortable and temperature of the room terrific.
The shower had jets that felt wonderful.

It was noisy outside the whole night with people being loud. Not really the hotels fault just frustraring for us trying to get a few hours sleep while traveling with our child.

We requested a handicapped room and parking and it was provided with no problem’s. The sweet girl at the desk was kind, helpful and accommodating. We make it a point to stay here on our way to and from Florida 3 to 5 times a year to visit our daughter. We will continue to do so.😎

Good consumer driven staff. Clean, fresh rooms- I got a non smoking one. I like that even though they do have places to smoke it didn’t smell like smoke on the property.

We requested a handicap room on the first floor and it was granted us! Will stay again on our way to and from Florida every time we go. Nelly took care of our room! Great service.

When we arrived there was standing water in the bathroom floor, the sink was broken and there was a dead bug on the floor. It didn’t feel clean at all.

Decent room for the price. The indoor pool was a plus for the kids to still be able to enjoy during rain. Close to restaurants and highway access. Room was moist feeling with moisture damage in drawers. Need to work on ventilation issue.

The room was much more than expected. The staff all friendly, helpful, and attentive. On view of my room I immediately added a night to my stay. I truly felt safe, and at home here.

Look like dried blood on bathroom door and hair and dead insect in bathtub upon arrival. Half a roll of toilet paper and no extra roll.

Poor television choices. Two story outdoor motel. Pool requires walking outside to get to the pool. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room was satisfactory.
