We chose this property based upon closeness to an event. Would highly recommend for that reason. Room was very large and comfortable.

The glass on one of the photos in the room was cracked, There was no bathroom fan and when showering, the tub did not drain. Checkout was noon, but a maid tried to enter 3 times prior, as early as 8:30. There was not a do not disturb sign to put on the door. Room seemed clean and beds were comfy, very convenient location connected to the Denny Sanford Center, but get there early if it’s an event night or you won’t find parking as parking is public not private to hotel.

From the very 1st encounter with front desk, Dee was the most outstanding professional, welcoming informative and through out our stay she always check on us when we past by to make sure we were happy with everything Thank you Dee and the Sheraton for a great stay

This hotel is very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and we found it to be quiet. Excellent place to stay when attending a concert at the Denny Sanford Convention Center.

The only reason we stay there is that it is connected to the Denny Sanford center. Paid over 300.00 for a one night stay and NO free breakfast in the morning. When in SF for any other reason other than a concert, we stay some where for less money and they have free breakfast

It was ok. We were there for the tacos and tequila festival n the staff was definitely overwhelmed.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The walls are paper thin though. I could hear all of my neighbors and was woken up by their alarms.

This property is lacking in maintenance. The room AC did not work. The room was hot thru out the stay. The Sheer curtains are shredded and look terrible. The carpet was dirty, and the room lacked proper cleaning. This is a place we stay every year, and this year was the most disappointing stay. There was no vending machines on the second floor, the ice machine did not work. They need to have a make over, management needs to do a better job. Things are going down hill at this property.

Everything was very good, except the breakfast buffet. Pancake, eggs and sausage all cold for the price of $36.00 for two! Supper the night before was very good.

Very convenient when attending our concert… not having to walk outside was great!

The room was okay. I would prefer a walk in shower.

Nice facility staff is friendly the only let down was there was no free breakfast. But I would recommend it.

Great atomsphere. All employees were very nice and helpful. My dog had an accident in the lobby, i was mortified but they handeled it kindly. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice too. My toddlers favorite part. I highly recommend staying here, especially if traveling with a dog or kids.

Very nice hotel convenient to everything at the track and field and the Denny Sanford center. The club level rooms are exceptional. King suite was perfect for us.

The beds were comfortable, but no vending machines, one common microwave down the hallway by the elevator none in the room, no hottub.

The staff and desk workers were just really really nice had some issues with the bathtub not flowing I am kind of standing and standing water but I’ve been in worse but overall it was just a beautiful place thank you

Right next to convention center

Extremely disappointed that we stay at this hotel for a tournament and get done playing at 9;30pm and when I DoorDash food for our athletes so they can eat and relax for a minute I’m told we “aren’t allowed” to eat in the lobby bc you are attempting to force guests to eat the small menu of bar food that is open. The restaurant is closed and the wait time would be horrible and these girls need to get to bed. It’s a disgusting and cheap way to handle yourself and you should be ashamed to charge $300/night for a room and be so hard up you want to force people to buy your food. I probably would’ve ordered from your menu if your employee hadn’t told me my daughters were “allowed” to eat their food at a table with me and instead we not only won’t order but also won’t stay at your hotel again. Be better if you want to be a premier hotel - bc with that policy you come off as a cheap, trashy hotel trying to nickel and dime people.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only disappointment was we received 2 full size beds, instead of queen.

Always enjoy staying at this hotel. I come back to stay everytime I’m in town.

Nice hotel connected to the convention center. Clean and beds were comfortable. But everything besides the lobby seems worn or neglected.

Shuttle service to and from airport is a real plus!

We chose this hotel for the convenience of being connected to the Premier Center. The cost was on the high end for us. There was a wet looking stain in the seat of the recliner in our room, some kind of icky looking substance sprayed on the wall next to the bed, stinky food left in the mini fridge, the bathroom faucet was messed up, and there was no hot water for over a half hour in the morning so we had to wait to shower. I do have photos but have decided not to share.

They need more bartenders and restaurant workers.

Convenient for Convention Center and the Arena.
