Bed was unusually soft for India and thebpillows amazing. Room and fellow guests very quiet overall. Appreciated. Near metro and street vendors and Connaught place so lots of options nearby for food etc. Good wifi and helpful front desk.

It's a nice hotel that shows its age. The rooms are a good size and comfortable enough. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The location was a short (10 min) walk to Connaught Place, where there are ample choices for eating.

Large room with comfortable bed, very basic furniture good enough for short stay. Could not find good restaurants around but a lot of street foods on Barakhamba Street toward Connought Circle. There are several money exchange offices around,

Third grade property. Third grade staff. Worst is this hotel is situated at Caunaught place and at 11 pm the entire room service including dining closes and nothing is available. Horrible experience. I had to call food from out side restaurant though Swiggy. Worst place. Don't recommend anybody to go to this property.

It is rusty and old property with poorly lite rooms .Does not even look like a hotel . Not worth the price. Won’t recommend

Amenities were not as expected. For example, the hotel provided tap water in bottles instead of bottled water for each room. The rooms are clean but dark and dreary. Expect better for the price. Would not go again.

Very average. Had to wait more than 20 minutes at the reception to get room allotted (which is pre-booked and we had checked-in only at 6.00 PM). Pillows were soiled. Service is below average. We were attended only after 3 hours of complaining. Food also not good (we have ordered pasta and garlic bread). Not value for money.

The property was close to CP and allowed for walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the staff was great. The rooms were a little dated and dusty but overall clean and taken care of. AC was slow and took several hours to bring down the temperature and the breakfast had many choices. Don't get rid of the watermelon juice it was the highlight of my stay

Not luxurious but very good for business travel. Located close to business district. Breakfast was not fancy but sufficient with godd variation. Receptionists were efficient.

Room size smaller based on its room rent. Bathroom is small. Print copy rate is Rs 10 per page is so expensive. Extra charge for early check in.

Check-in process was efficient though the front desk was not very friendly. Room condition was disappointing with dated furniture.
The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and, after the front desk promised to send housekeeping to come take a look, no one showed up. On the second call, the front desk was dismissive.
Breakfast next morning was quite lacking and disappointing.
Overall, location next to Connaught Place is awesome, but, for a 4-star hotel, it was mediocre at best.

The toilet was so dirty when I checked-in the room! They didn’t even flush

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff and very comfortable rooms. This was my second visit in Delhi and I decided to use the Hans again. Cannot fault this hotel!

All other things wer eithr OK or Pleasing, but their plumbing services were highly improvable. The drippage of the shower and the sink in the bathroom was clogged, and complained about, but nothing happened in the 3 nights I was there.

The Hotel is located centrally. However, there is a need to modernize the rooms. It feels like one has entered a time capsule into the 90s and not in a good way. While things were clean and all, the dingy lighting and the connecting doors via the rooms did not give a positive feeling at all. It felt unsafe for a single woman traveller in general.

Even when paid in full during check in and getting a verbal all clear on check out. I was called on my cell 10 mins after , while I was about to board an Uber to airport , that I didn’t pay for my stay. The call was condescending and I felt very embarrassed. The staff lacked basic hotel management 101.

My experience was not good at this hotel. Wifi was not working most of the time and this was hampering my work. The room airconditioning was not woriking properly. It was so hot inside the room. Room service was fine. I am disappointed by this service and expect from expedia to show me better hotels. This was shown as 4 star hotel but the service was below my expectations.

I cant believe that the expedia rate was TWICE the rate I wouldve gotten had I just showed up at the hotel or called them directly. Its unacceptable. I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Checkin was horrible , i reached hotel @6.30am , but was informed that check in time is 2pm , there were not flexible in giving early check in , Very bad customer service :-(

Definitely in need of renovation. Old and dated, especially for the price. Black mold around bathtub made only showers possible. Staff are great. The food in their restaurant was very good. We didnt get the room we booked which was very disappointing, but were moved for our second night to the proper room. Int stay here again.
