Wonderful breakfast. Dog on floor barked about an hour from 9-10 pm and in the morning.

Our main issue was at midnight we could hear the people above us. It almost sounded like kids jumping off the bed & running. I called the front desk & they said they would try to locate the noise. It went on for over another hour or so til I finally just fell asleep. Other than that it was ok.

Room is comfortable but the smell of fabulosa was so strong and heavy water marks on all furniture. Beds are small also be prepared for $100 incidental fee. Staff friendly. Hotel is quiet.

It was a quick overnight stay to break up a trip I usually do in 1 day. So surprised and highly impressed. I received a call after I had left that I left a shirt in the room. I’ve never had a hotel call and ask about a forgotten item. I will be able to get it when I drive back through in a week.

Renovations to the hotel made the pool inaccessible, other than that, it was a great stay.

The stay was fine, I was however surprised that my purchase on hotels.com did not include my pet in the reservation. . I had to pay another $25 plus taxes for him to come in from the heat. I searched for pet friendly with breakfast.. the prior night at a cheaper hotel had no problem with the pet on the registration.

Pool closed. Construction going on in hotel. When we entered our room the tv was playing, the ac was on 62, shower was wet, and it looked as if the bed had been slept in.

The housekeeping came into our room before check out hours without announcing; We had to request another room because our original room we checked in was half cleaned. Not recommended.

The room we booked smelled terrible. They are renovating the hotel but the carpet stunk so bad I had a headache. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff working there was not friendly. Will not be staying here ever again!

This was a stay more of convenience than anything else so it worked fine. It wasn't the best room. i am not sure what they are remodeling but the rooms haven't been done yet. There were remodeling signs in the lobby so may be that is all they are doing? Staff nice though so no complaints just an older hotel.

Killed roaches every day and checked out a day early due to the bugs and noise. No refund for the day not stayed

The front desk ladies were amazing. Super friendly. Really enjoyed them. The room
Itself was ok but not cleaned all that well. We found popcorn and chips on the floor so it was obviously not vacuumed at all. The pillows are garbage. Just throw them away and start over. The hotel was quiet which was wonderful. Breakfast was underwhelming
Overall it was fine but a few things could use some help.

The hotel was clean and thr staff was friendly. I always stay at this hotel when i come into town to see family.

We had a double room, believe full beds and very uncomfortable. The water was not as heated. I know some remodeling is happening but it wasn’t that. Our bed sheets came off and there was a big stain on the mattress. We had 3 small pillows that probably have not been renewed since opening. We got what we paid for. It could’ve been worse. It sufficed for the night.

Ive stayed at several different establishments around west monroe,la.....by far these people care more than anyone. The rooms were clean,and much nicer. Linde and her staff helped anyway they could. You dont feel like your being clerked. Thank yall again

Was told my room was taken care of when I booked it online
Well I go out and they charged me 100 on my card for a deposit I guess ? Anyway the water was brown and the lady didn’t even tell us where our room was . She seems a little slow

This is the worst over night stay my wife and I ever had. The bed was hard the pillows were worse. When we checked in we didnt have a TV remote. We both woke up numerous times in pain from the bed and pillows.
I would not recommend this for comfort or relaxation

We checked in and didn't realize they were remodeling therefore there was plastic hanging everywhere, ladders. The hallway was dark when we got off the elevator. Thought the room was going to be ok until my husband picked some clothes laying in the floor and they were not ours so the room had not been cleaned. Got up the next morning to roaches in the bathroom not just one but several. Needs to be sprayed. Checked out asked for a receipt and was told since I booked through Expedia they would have to email the receipt. I thought that was crazy they couldn't just print a receipt. Free breakfast was an apple and granola bar since remodeling but we weren't even offered that before we checked out before 6:00 am. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is tired. Needs major updating which it looked like something was going on because things like the breakfast area were under construction. So much so that guests were given a “bagged breakfast.” Which was an admirable idea. For the price of our two night stay, this hotel was highly disappointing and overpriced. I stayed in cheaper and much nicer rooms in England this past Spring.
Kudos to ALL of the staff though, who were excellent in their positions. Very kind workers.
