Location was perfect for us. We got upgraded to a two bedroom room.

Noisy Poor to go breakfast Room had many issues from floor, bath countertop new but cabinet super bad. Used soap still on top of my bathtub. Lights didn’t work. I complained about changing room and costumer service agreed to call after 12pm yet no one call or make any notes in regard. So I had to explain the problem to the next costumer service representative in order to have another room again.

1. Toilet is clogged. 2. Sink is clogged 3. Bedsheets are torn with holes. 4. Bedsheet was ridden with lumps of hair 5. Hotel staff was partial and rude

The check-in staff was rude and unhelpful. They could not find the reservation and we're very unhelpful to help fix it. We had to book a second time in the app to get the exact same suite. There were no towels and when we asked for some, we were given only three, paper thin towels for our family of six. We had to use our beach towels. We felt very vulnerable to have to give our kids names to be able to stay. That intrusion of privacy was not necessary and was not advised beforehand, but we were stuck. We will never use Extended Stay again.

I will never stay at this place again. I have wasted 100 dollars. I would have been better to have stayed in my car.

This is our second time staying at this facility and we did not like it. We felt a little unsafe. There were people driving so fast out of the parking lot. Each night the halls smelled like marijuana. The room next door always kept their door open and you could see how dirty it was inside. It seemed like the facility just put us in just whatever room was left even though this was booked two weeks prior. Our rooms floor was so dirty my kids bottom socks were black. The toilet leaked so bad, water was coming out through the tiles. This seemed to be a constant problem in that room because the vinyl tiles were separating. In our room the sockets were open and not closed safely. There was a hole through our bedroom door. In the other room the fire detector was hanging from the ceiling. The pull out sofa was extremely dirty it did not even seem to be the same color it used to be before, just dirty. The staff was friendly though. And lastly they did not have enough towels for their guests.

It was ok but probably wont stay again

They are dog friendly, not pet friendly. And don't count on them too ask you about your pet. I was not asked about pets on check in & ultimately evicted for having my cats with me. My interaction with the staff was great, however. They worked with me regarding this misunderstanding and both the $200 fine & refunded the days I didn't get to stay there. Huge hassle to relocate at the last minute, though. Otherwise, the room was fine. The rooms looked tired & in need of painting & furniture a bit wore out, but price was a good value.

They couldn't find the second night of my reservation, even after i provided the confirmation. Seond night 20 Police squad cars showed up for a manhunt of a domestic abuse with some sort of blood spatter. They blocked us in so we couldn't leave until we were cleared to do so. The complex isa neighborhood in itself. Wont be back.

Not the cleanest place, phone in room is not connected, no ice machine near room had to go to lobby and put ice in bag because they don’t have ice buckets. Have to ask for dishes, utensils and pots at the front desk and none of this was mentioned at check-in. Dundee police patrols parking lot frequently which is nice but also raised a red flag for me. There were some shady looking people around as well.

There were no extra bedding like linens and comforters for the pull out sofabed.

People smoke and I can smell it in my room in Bldg B. People also smoke pot. Can smell it outside and sometimes in my bathroom.

I drove an hr to get there, after making reservations that morning an paying for the room already. I was told that they didn't have an available rooms for me an kids . After all of that... maybe be more considerable of ppl if you're overbooked an know you have ppl coming to check in call them an say dont bother . I had to drive an hr back at 10 pm. I will definitely never be booking a stay there again. Id never recommend them either.

We have been here twice. We love the hotel. We will always stay here when we come back to Illinois.

Staying a weekend here was not bad nor pleaseant, first the room appeared clean but there was candy under the bed and behind the tv with dust on it, and I have terrible allergies and with the room not being dusted or vacuumed it was very miserable. Then the tv remote wasn't working called the front office was told maintence would be up, an hour later I had to call again to be told o they were on lunch il send them now.

Dirty property with rude staff. Be careful of the inflated amenities charge hold on your credit card for a room that does not have any amenities.

The floors were very dirty and there was boogers on the walls in the bathroom, the first until I entered smelled like curry so I asked for a different room but the 2nd room had sticky floors and mucus on the bathroom room walls

Mold on the bathrooms and broken air vent. Smelled and felt humid and nasty in the room.

What is going on in that facility? ... Dirty, unfriendly, really bad experience. Never again in this hotel chain

People was were friendly and very helpful. Quick at helping us when our tv didn’t work. Even changed our room.

Basically robbed me. Bever got to enter my room i booked it online and when I showed up i was told i didnt have a room

Clean and inexpensive.

Room was clean, overwhelming smell in the room bothered my allergies. Room decor extremely outdated.

The toilet was overflowing and when I called the front desk for help at 11pm they told me they would out a work order in for maintenance but they wouldn’t be in until 8 am. When it happened again, I called the desk they told me to put towels down. When I told them I was out of towels they said I would have to bring the towels I used down to the front office before they could Give me any more. I told them I literally had water from the bathroom to the front door. I asked if they could come and take the old towels and bring me New ones - since it was now 11:30 pm and I was in my pajamas they said no. He did tell me that I should turn the water off to the toilet. He also informed me that there were no other rooms open for me to move to. I believe that no matter what kind of hotel you stay in, a functioning toilet is a minimal requirement. I’m addition to that, the room was dirty and pretty beat up. The Kleenex box was stuck to the bathroom sink and the refrigerator had dings all over it. I’ll never stay at an extended stay again

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Great stay. Would stay again.

Out of all the extended stays that i have stayed at in the last 3 years this one is the cleanest one around in the chicagoland area very well upkept and maintained very clean the halls dont smell at all either great staff very helpful.
