Quick trip to see the BIG10 Championship game. First time in Indianapolis and I must say we were gracefully welcomed and cared for by an outstanding staff and facility.

This was the perfect place for us. We went to a concert at Lucas Oil and the walk was easy. Our room was spacious and clean. The people at the front desk and valet were friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The thermostat was set too high. I reached someone at the front desk after my first night. They said they were going to send an engineer to come take a look at the thermostat. I'm not sure if they came because nothing changed my 2nd night. My request was just to be able to bring it down a few degrees; it was too warm in the room and I had difficulty sleeping.

Great weekend stay for Bears vs Colts game. This was my second stay here. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty to eat and do within walking distance

We had a great stay! My kids loved the pool and the rooms were huge with nice amenities. The location was great and very convenient to walking around and exploring. would definitely stay again if we’re passing through again!

Hotel was nice and mostly clean but needed some updating in places. Only real complaint was a strange almost-jackhammering noise that would happen very early in the morning or very late at night.

located inside the downtown and 2 min walk to the circle monument. room rate was reasonable for the July 4 weekend.

The hotel was nice. My only complaint was that even with setting my room thermostat to 65, I was still hot in the room. There was not good air flow. I would freeze in my own house at that same thermostat setting.

Great location. Our family stayed here for the Olympic swim trials at Lucas Oil Field. It was a short walk to the Lucas oil Field. Well located to everything to do in down town. Very clean and great service. Would stay here again!

The room was clean and definitely large compared to most rooms. Huge TV and nice sized bathroom. Two restaurants in the hotel and walking distance to many other places. The most frustrating part about staying here was the fact that you have to leave the cold water running for minutes to get cold water. After speaking with staff, when they built the hotel they didn't insulate the water pipes and so you get burning hot water unless you run the water for minutes on end. The toilet has hot water, the shower is burning hot until you wait several minutes to get cold water. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I probably wouldn't recommend staying here due to the water issues. It's a shame because it is a very nice hotel in many ways.

Huge room, comfortable bed, quiet for downtown and well located for everything I needed. Will stay again for sure. I do think that for the room rate you could probably stretch to providing the comp water "per night" rather than per stay!

Great staff... however, the property was not the best. We saw the same mounds of garbage piled around the cans in the parking garage over 2 days. Pool had no towels. Toilet flushed so hard it splashes water all over the seat and floor. Using hot water in the bathroom made the walls shake like a train coming through the room. Room windows were perhaps never cleaned. Parking garage did not work with room key, and when leaving the garage, you must use a room key that also didn't work. Called the front desk twice before someone came out to lift the gate. Literally 15 minutes later and were able to leave the garage.

A pretty good overall stay. Room was a little dated and the water supply was constantly hot - very difficult to get it run cold or even lukewarm.
Nice front counter staff, pretty helpful and cheerful. The valet staff are another matter - lot of sullen, inattentive people you've got there, apart from perhaps one young lad who was honest with his ability.
He admitted he was on his own and that he couldn't drive stick - didn't want to damage my vehicle, so he came to find me. I honestly appreciated the candour! It was refreshing.
Again overall not a bad experience. Just a little underwhelming in areas.
