Very nice, comfortable, quiet.

Charged an incidental fee which wasn’t on my reservation and a “Marriott” fee. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, he did say the $50 would be refunded, but he said the “Marriott” fee is because I booked thru a third party and Marriott doesn’t like for you to do that

Room a/c unit wasn't working and room was hot

Staff was great, bed so comfy, room clean. Only complaint was someone was not so courteous during the night. They yelled and sounded like they were running around the room at 4am in the morning, then at 6am. Another person pounded on their door then they both preceded to yell. Doesnt make for a good n8ghts sleep. Yes, we did report it.

Great stay, front desk was very professional

This was a nice hotel in nice area so was pleased overall. Staff was great but my bathtub was dirty upon arrival. There was a ring around the tub and in general it didn't look clean. Looks like there was a lot of surface peeling too but it being unclean made me rate my stay lower. Here's a photo.

The toilet had a leak that caused the tile to be wet with was mildly uncomfortable it the service and the comfortable bed made up for it! It also smelled so good in the entire building which was pleasant

I gave 4 stars because upon arrival the employee that was working was going back and forth to his car smoking(not cigarettes) and the order was very strong around the entrance. Also had to write down my CC # down due to an outage and was told it would be locked in the safe after his shift so the manager can enter them the next morning. Only to find out the next morning that everyone information were left out overnight and would not be processed until Monday morning.

We enjoyed our stsy in Germantown. This hotel is minutes from our family and close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff is always friendly and helpful,

Clean and great customer service

Excellent lodging option for the Memphis area. The property is well maintained and updated. The welcome bag for Bonvoy members was a surprise and nice touch!

I traveled to town for business. I called the location and informed them I would be arriving around 9 AM and would I be able to check in early to prepare for my noon meeting. I was told by a Fairfield representative that they would allow me to check in early. At that point I booked. I arrived after a 5 hour long drive abs was told they were cleaning and they would call me when the room was cleaned. I sat outside in my car waiting and decided to check again 1 hour 30 minutes later. The young lady at the desk told me that they may have cleaned the rooms but house keeping hadn’t entered them yet. I went back in 40 minutes later and asked if they could call the house keeping manager to release at least one room so that I could shower before my meeting. The lady told me she sent all the employees to lunch and it would be another hour. I decided to go to my meeting. I got back close to 2 and it was the same issue they had clean rooms but no one entered the rooms. The lady’s attitude was like well check in isn’t until 3 and we didn’t know we would get a rush last minute stopping you from getting the room. I reminded her that I was told at 9 they had a lot of guest that checked out. Also, I reminded her that housekeeping could have turned in the one room number that they completed. The rooms are cleaned one by one not all at once. I was frustrated because I could have booked a more accommodating hotel. Worst experience ever!

I was greeted by Reggie and he was wonderful. Entire staff friendly. The breakfast was awesome The beds were extremely comfortable. Will stay there again.

Soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Otherwise comfortable and clean. Pool was closed and when the large bus group left pool appeared to be open.

Hotel looked to be fairly busy. Staff was very polite. Breakfast was nice. My only concern was as I went to bed, there was a roach on my bed.

Went to use pool and hot tub, several teenagers in hot tub and other children jumping in pool with no respect to others, no adult around. Hot tub not cleaned in a while. No towels!! Went to breakfast at 6:55, it was dark in area, walked back to room to check breakfast time. Return to area to eat breakfast because site states 6 am. Staff enter area a rudely stated breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. No microwave in room, floor under air conditioning soaked.

It was good. The staff are nice. Overall the value is in line with the price.

The pool wasnt open the 1st couple days. Staff rude when you come down to eat before breakfast starts. Room smelled bad like musty smell. Otherwise ok stay
