It was a good experience but had mold in the room

The property is nice. You can tell it's an older property. As far as cleanliness, it was ok, but there was hair by the sink and hair in the shower that did not belong to us, so that was a little gross.

The A/C sounds like a washing machine and take a long time to cool. Wasn’t happy with the location, you can hear doors closing and opening all night.

The fire alarm went off in early morning disrupting me out of my sleep. The sheets were clean and had a not wonderful smell in the room. Normally I am happy with my stay but this time I wasn’t happy about the room or service, and I was charge extra from what my receipt say maybe extra fee but I will call and follow up with them.

Room was super humid and smelly.

Stayed here for a weekend. The hotel is a bit dated. Had a few minor issues in the room with lights not working which were repaired the next day. Friendly staff.

Great location for my needs and convenient to restaurants

Front desk staff was great, the only issue was that when checking in I was told that someone would clean the rooms every other day. I stayed there from July 27-31. No one ever came to clean our room. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times during my stay to ask for blankets and sheets to change the linen on the bed and etc. So that was the only annoying part about staying here. But it’s a quiet place and safe place honestly.

My room was just average bathroom was not clean. Carpet smelled very bad. This hotel needs a makeover

Questionable stain in middle of couch. Awkward light fixtures, had to get out of bed to turn off the lights. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Overall, i woule definitely recommend this place and will return. My only complaint is that the pool was not well kept and cleaned. The restaurant in the hotel is open limited hours.

Excellent customer service and the location and price was very affordable

Carpets filthy in hallways, ants in my family member’s room. Trash receptacles in hallways overflowing with garbage. So much garbage that garbage was piled up around the can, on the floor. The front desk was friendly, helpful, all around wonderful. The rooms were clean.

Had to change rooms but it was no big deal.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. The dining area has good options and Starbucks coffee. The price was great, especially for the amenities that’s provided.

We were here on a basketball trip with my family ! I was greeted with EXCEPTIONAL Staff , he was amazing and super friendly ! I would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting the Coral Springs area and would most certainly stay again.

Great property !!! Very clean and comfortable beds. My experience at this Courtyard Marriott has always been positive. I’ve stayed for pleasure and business.

Staff was excellent

The bed was unstable and the building in need of renovation. The cleaning staff especially were friendly and courteous. We stayed for three days with people in the room and never supplied fresh towels.

my stay here was terrible , room was filled with roaches . found roaches crawling inside of the fridge and also on the nightstand

This was arguably the poorest kept Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The general manager should truly be ashamed. For starters, Jorge and Brandon were phenomenal and don’t deserve to have to be there - they’re the only reason why I didn’t demand my money back. The room we were brought to was NOT the room photographed online. Jorge changed it, no problem. The bathroom still didn’t match, as the one online is nice and modern and we got a crumbing shell of a bathroom that was modern at the turn of the century. The nightstand had GUM stuck to it (housekeeping didn’t see that??) and when I asked her to remove it, she told me no with the worst attitude, no worries Brandon fixed my problem. The cherry on top were the roaches. I’m from a southern state, I know what water bugs look like. These were tiny German roaches. My boyfriend killed no less than 10. The general manager is clearly just stealing the Marriott’s money via her salary, because NOTHING is being managed. I’m disgusted, appalled, will never be back, and will be posting this on every single review website I can think of including my photos.

Rooms are updated clean and comfortable.
