The lady how takes care of the breakfast area she was sooooo Excellent and Friendly

My room was clean and 2 of my Tam Went missing and I went to front desk told the agent about it. The message was write down and said it will be hand over to the manager. And then the agent said well we never had a complaint of a maid Ever morning something out a room before. Well we stayed at the hotel 3 days later not even a call from the manager or agent. Internet was ver poor

I wake up at 04:30 AM. I get a shower, in bathroom i saw very big insect next to may bathroom bag. i have foto + video. i tried to pick up all my bags, next to my bah on the table i saw another type of insect, thin long with many foos, i have photoas. i went to next to coffe table, i saw many insects on the table and on the wall. all room is infected!!!!! ot is imposible. please make me a refund or i will call the police nad make a report. because i went down to the looby suddenly at 5:00 AM. at 5:00 before i call the reception and told the insects. i am very upset and NO happy to stay there. i am afradi fo that if i have some insects inside may bags i will have many problemss at my home, with clotheesn adn with all furniture in my house. it is terrible. this hotel is infected, dont have compliance of higiene and health conditions.

I liked my bed and the tv. I liked the person that checked me in first, good customer service and the person that checked me out last, I think she had an eye patch on.

The smell, it smells like cigarettes. The tub would not drain out the water. I had to shower with cold water up to my ankles. Noisy people in the hallways sometimes.

Proffesional front desk employees, price, room in good condition.

The breakfast could by up to 10 am.

The pool area was very nice, as well as the breakfast area and the staff. Maintenance was there all the time working around the building. Our bath tub wouldn't drain and they were there to fix it in 2 min! Close to lots of food options

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The floors around the vending/ice and laundry area's as well as in the elevators appeared dirty. As well as the carpets in the halls being stained. Possibly clean and just old?!

We were at breakfast by 0730- ample selection of breakfast food. Hotel staff member present to assist. Waffle maker was great!

We ended up in a handicap room because we wanted a queen bed- none available, so hot this one. Condition of room was very worn. Bathtub needed a nicer/fresher shower curtain.The toilet screamed/screeched x 1 minute when flushed. Did notify front desk in the morning.No charging stations/ only regular outlets.

I didn't like anything

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. 1- rooms with a strong pet smell. 2- the floor was dirty 3- There was a small cockroach in the room 4- bad service 5- very dirty elevator and access corridors I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

location for our needs was good. staff friendly.

The facility looked worn down. Beds VERY soft. Toilet REALLY low, furniture worn. Rugs dirty. Needs a good over haul.
