Great hotel with nice amenities

- Expensive beverage in the hotel bar (Eur 6/ beer and or almost Eur 4 for 2dc of juice seems ridiculous! - Expensive parking Eur 25/ night - Breakfast charged Eur 25/ person - Pillow in the bed room very hard and high + Nice sauna and gym + Good breakfast selection + Friendly staff

Everything was excellent, we enjoyed our short stay.

We arrived early and were told our room would be ready at 12:30 pm, so we checked our luggage and went out. When we returned at 1 pm we were told it would be another 5 minutes; 10 minutes later they said another 20 minutes. If they had been upfront from the get-go we would have planned accordingly. We splurged on the Presidential Suite and it is lovely. However, while there is a large dining table and lots of glasses, there were no plates or silverware! And there were food scraps from the previous guest under the table. The refrigerator was welcome, but we would have liked a microwave as well. Finally, the hotel web site lists “laundry facilities” which sounds like guests would be able to do their own laundry, but it was the usual costly practice of having the hotel do the laundry.

They use extremely old towels, and you only get 1 each, it overall feels extremely cheap and stringy

Very dissapointing for the price. The room looked dark and miserable. There was an old, musty damp carpet smell. We had to change rooms 3 times and they all smelt the same. We wanted to walk out the hotel.

Central positioned, good breakfast, profesional personel, the room and the hotel are clean. Safe and big parking onder the hotel The only remark is that the coffee machine in the room was not emptied or cleaned for a while. There were still capsules present in the machine. Otherwise I warm recommendation.

Good quality four star hotel about 7 minutes from the main station by taxi (about €9).

Loved the Junior Suite and loved the staff in the bar/restaurant. Great work by all.

If you need an american appeal than rhis place is for you. Breakfast is great but when you have to pay for your own parking it takes away from all the great stuff gym, tv channels english, very friendly staff, auto door's for when your hands are full. Great stay despite parking.

There is absolutely nothing to not like at this place.The staff was very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely go back there anytime i am Linz.Very clean hotel and above all very, very friendly,caring and welcoming staff.There is nothing negative to talk about my stay in the Marriott.Thank you all for making my vacation a pleasant one.

Slow checkin, just one associate to attend 6 customers! Expensive breakfast and parking for this middle size city. As a gold member at Expedia, very disappointed of extra charges for an allegedly “upgraded” room (fair side instead of street side?) & even more for a bed for a registered guest (my 7 year son). Were we supposed to sleep 3 pax in the same bed? Hopefully after discussion Mohamed got us both for free, but it’s time consuming and stressing

The courtyard bar was a nice place for a drink, we didn‘t eat at the hotel at all so cannot comment on that aspect. The surrounding area is quite business oriented so it was quiet and peaceful. Transport links to the main town were really close and very frequent. We didn’t have a car so to get into central Linz it was a few minutes by bus then switch to a tram or around a 10-15 minute walk depending on your destination. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. We had a standard room and it was spacious, with two large twin beds and a large bathroom as well. It was clean and aside from no coffee machine or kettle, it had every amenity you could want (wifi, large television, locked safe, etc). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. At the last minute, our stay had to be shortened by one day and the manager was very quick in assisting us with this change to our reservation. Our only word of caution to travellers would be that this hotel is situated a bit outside of Linz - about a 15 minute walk from the central station, and 15 minutes to walk into the city centre.

Great hotel and great staff. was in a bit of reservation when we visited, but there was no noise and discomfort. front desk staff was very nice and respectful as one would expect from a courtyard hotel. Breakfast was nice and diverse, typical german breakfast with everything to choose from. there were a lot of local products and overall it was a great stay.

The shower did not work, unfortunatly I realized it only in the morning. The deskofficer at the check out was not willing to make me an offer with the price. I had to pay the full amount. A very bad experience. Never again Courtyard!

Place was clean and modern great tv and with the superior room we got complimentary drinks/ beer wine and coffee. Unfortunately we tried many times to call the hotel using the advertised number and nobody answers, including one time where we waited 20minutes with no response! We eventually found a corporate number which was very helpful but I suggest they update their numbers.
