Great hotel, with very friendly staff, and a lot of amenities, in a nice section of Dublin City. Quick walk to some great places to eat and drink, including the Girl and the Goose, Mr. Magpie, and the Bridge Bar. RDS Stadium right there too which hosts all sorts of venues. Bartenders were very pleasant and attentive to us after long days with excursions and site seeing. Highly recommend the IHG!

Ambience, aesthetics and service

Excellent service. Beautiful spacious room. Wonderful helpful, friendly and accommodating staff. Great location 2 miles to city center but lovely walkable area with plenty of great dining options. Love the Byredo bath products. Spa in the process of being renovated but I had a superb massage. Looking forward to returning soon

The junior suite was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the luxurious amenities one could desire. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and memorable. We enjoyed the serene views from our suite, and the hotel’s location provided a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility to Dublin’s vibrant city life. The on-site dining options were superb, offering delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall, our stay at the Intercontinental Dublin exceeded all expectations. Amazing hotel with fantastic service, only a short car ride or walk from the city attractions. The service at this hotel is fantastic. You certainly get what you pay for. The gym and spa is so peaceful.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms are of a good size. Breakfast was varied & tasty. Good sized ground level carpark. Bus stops within 5 min walk of hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

True 5-star hotel, but would not recommend the spa. Dated facilities and they say due to government regulations they cannot do traditional facial, so did not include things like skin exam, pore cleanse, etc. they end up rubbing your chest half the time and massaging your cheekbones the rest.

Lovely hotel. Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was a disappointment, running out of everything on the buffet and having to ask for everything even a cup of coffee. Hard to find staff to ask for breakfast items. Children handling buffet unsupervised is always a turn off. My husband ended up showing some how to use the toaster. Would have been nice if the pool had some adult only slots.

Fantastic post-Christmas family trip. Everything was 5 star from staff, interior, room to food and drink. We look forward to returning again.

Favorite place to stay in Dublin.

Great service and cuisine.

The spa was great. Loved the adults only pool hours from noon-4 daily. There could've been more lounge chairs at the pool and better enforcement of the no jumping rule. The kids were unruly. The breakfast is great. Breakfast staff was great. The lunch and dinner in the lobby lounge was a ZERO. Bad service, limited selection and food that was not as good as the pricing. Would I stay again? Sure, the room was great, i felt safe and the location was great. But the Lobby Lounge is ruining this property. As well as an angry doorman. Well, one day he was angry...then the next he wasn't. I would expect better.

Very well presented hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great venue for some Xmas shopping in Dublin. Will be returning.
