To no fault of the staff, other guest on the floor had no etiquette. They were loud in the hallway, slamming their doors repeatedly, and screaming late at night in their rooms.

Had an overnight stay. Got an upgrade but it was a 40 minute delay getting my room - I’m not sure if I prefer the upgrade and the delay, or if it were better to have had no upgrade and to have been given our room on time. But everything else was perfect. Great facilities

I had a great experience at this hotel. From the time that I checked in until I check out, everything was seamless and satisfactory! A staff member (named “Sue”) was kind enough to upgrade the room (I didn’t even ask for it) and appeared to do her best to help me have a good time in this hotel. I regret that I had to leave this hotel very early (before 7 am) to get to work because it was very comfortable to stay there. It was a bit expensive to stay in this hotel but I feel that what I got in return was worth every dollar. I particularly like their "Mobo bar" on the 7th floor. The wine selection was pretty good. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and they truly helped me feel myself at home!!

Even though it is a ways from the downtown area, the adjacent Express Bus Terminal provided huge benefits to access 3 subway lines which would take anywhere you chose. The hotel itself was outstanding and a real bargain for the room rates offered. The morning breakfast buffet was a welcome start to each day and the staff go out of their way to please you. Highly recommended

Fantastic location just next to the Shinaegae Department Store and directly connected to the subway station.
We have booked a “Large Suite” and it was indeed large with awesome decor and Korean touches, super comfy bedding and modern luxurious bathroom including a large bathtub and additional rain shower with superb water pressure. The living room was also very large with a typically Nespresso Coffee Machine.
Our room had access to the Executive Lounge which is located on Level 9, quick and reliable check-in/out procedures, fluent English speaking team members, and yes - the food and beverages offered there were the nicest I have ever experienced at a so-called Executive Lounge/Club Lounge.
Would love to stay again!

JW Marriott is always a nice place to stay. However, this time those staying next to me we a bit loud. The parents were constantly arguing well past 10 at night and could not control their child.

The club lounge offered breakfast and a full dinner. The concierge service is out of this world.

This was our first stay after the rooms were renovated. We liked the changes. The large bathroom was particularly nice and the chaise longue by the window overlooking the city was a nice addition. We hosted friends at the hotel's Margaux Grill and found the set lunch to be a good value in a very pleasant setting.

Good hotel but your policy around swimming pool usage is ridiculous especially with kids. People were wearing mask inside the pool that were all wet. Extremely gross and unhygienic

Good Hotel, unfortunately they held a fair for art in 3 Hotel floors which made hotel gusts wait for more than 10 minutes to get an elevator to their rooms. Perfect breakfast buffet, nice personal, but if you try to get something from the reception after 22:00 PM, you are in trouble because it didn't work 2 times to get help from them.

The location, as part of a large shopping center with lots of restaurants, is very good. The indoor swimming pool is among the biggest and best maintained we've seen in Korea. I do miss the hotel's original first-floor lobby. The current space, dark, open and several stories high, with the 2nd and higher floor restaurants and facilities all walled off, seems wasted. We'll come again.
