Everything in the room is was pretty out dated and lots of stains everywhere with a smell of mold and sewer smell.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and mold. Old motel on the outskirts of town. Staff very nice and accomodating. Unable to stay there due to room conditions.

The room stay accommodated our needs. There was no elevator for our second for stay. The included free breakfast was not just a continental breakfast but a delicious made to order sit down dining style. Very yummy!

I was not happy with the first room I received. Other than that it was an okay stay. I’d stay again if I were given the room I had to move to after the first room proved to be inadequate.

Bathroom had little pieces of hair on the bathroom walls. Like someone shaved the head in there.

The staff here is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Room was nice for the price. Clean. Dated bathroom. We were disappointed to find on our arrival that the advertised breakfast no longer starts at 6am. Now it starts at 10am. Way too late for folks traveling through. They are dog friendly and that was a plus. Overall, a nice clean but dated property. But a good value for the price.

It is an older building, but clean. There is a lack of electric outlets, so pack a reliable power strip!

Receptionist was awesome. Had a nice clean room. Got a good night sleep. Had a made to order breakfast! After which I was offered a bottle of juice to go. Will definitely return.

People fighting in front of our room around 2:00 am and a lot of talking/ yelling. It was not safe at all

This is an older hotel but it's super clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure...oh, and great price too!

Right price, sheets were clean but the blanket was, well it had cigarette burn hole all over it and it looked like it had been in a war. The toilet hadn't been cleaned in some time. I didn't even get into the shower/tub as it didn't look like it had been cleaned either. Good enough for an overnight.

No maid service. No extra linen. Poor breakfast without coffee! Door key kept failing to open door. Toilet won't flush!

We usually stay in big chain hotels that overcharge! Though this inn is a bit outdated, the customer service was over the top, the beds were comfortable, and the morning breakfast was much better than those big chain hotels offer. The first evening our key card did not work, but the lady at the front desk let us in and out as needed. The next morning, the young lady at the desk promised us she would have it fixed by the time we got back and she did. The shower was confusing at first and we had to be careful switching from tub to shower stream because the faucet was loose, but we managed. We were right above the bar and the music was pretty loud, but we didn't mind it at all. We definitely got a good deal regardless for what we paid. We have definitely found our go-to place to stay when in Hobbs.

My daughter and I had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing (cooked to order), and beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that our room was a little musty from the humidity, but overall we enjoyed our stay, especially for the price. I will add that it is an older hotel and the tub and carpet were stained, but clean.

Staff was friendly but the room left much to be desired. We paid extra for a king and they tried putting us in a double queen. When my husband objected she did give us a king. Bar/lounge area is really loud until about 3am. Ac did not really cool much until after the sun went down. The ceiling was damaged in one area. Overall it was barely okay.

The first day i took a shower no hot or mild water. The following day the water was hot could not get it to mild. This was unpleasant. The tv did not work but then received a different remote then it worked. The great thing was that the breakfast was amazing!!

Room had no desk or table. WiFi signal was weak. Everything else was great.

The rooms are nice and clean but the parking lot and sidewalks are messy. The girl at the front desk needs some training in positivity and great customer service. The young man who did the cooking was very nice and did a great job.

Arrived to the hotel and was told no vacancy. Front desk clerk was rude and blamed Hotels.com for overbooking and turned away to the back.

We were actually glad they did not have our reserved NON Smoking room available and offered us a Smoking room. We of course declined, as I have asthma and the premises looked less than inviting. The staff were professional and apologized and were more than happy to cancel the reservation.

Every staff member I encountered was helpful and courteous while providing customer service. Genuinely nice people.

My first room was a smoking room, asked for non-smoking and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling and chirping loudly. Immediately got a different room. This time non-smoking. Stains on bed spread and shower curtain. Desperate need for paint. In the middle of the first night, heard the hallway smoke detector chirping. Spoke to front desk in the morning and they assured me it would be fixed right away. The hotel had a large party that second night with blaring music well past 1am, so I didn’t hear the smoke detector still chirping in the hall, which I heard at 3am. I definitely will not stay here again.

That they would have let us know that they had a bar that didn't close down until 2 in the morning
