Parking garage levels that take you right to the floor that you’re on was nice and convenient. The overall condition of the property was nice. Very clean. Hot tub was dirty but outside of that. No complaints in that area. A continental breakfast would be nice to have and the cost of theirs was a little high in my opinion when most places offer free food options in the morning. 35 dollars for parking is a little absurd when you’re staying at the establishment. The lobby area was really nice and they had a great bar setup. The air and room deal for four was nice and hard to beat. I’d search out other amenities that offered food and didn’t charge for parking.

Very pristine hotel. Nice lobby. Nice breakfast for pay. Clean room. Nice shower. All in all, a top choice for a stay in Pasadena, CA.

The hotel was comfortable enough but the pool situation was out of control. No staff or security to control the crazy Friday night frat style party and over 40 people being loud in the pool area. Was hoping to relax a long day of meetings by taking a dip in the Jacuzzi but it was way too crowded and loud. The hotel was a bit dated in its amenities.

Good location in a middle of Old Pasadena. Evverything was within walking distance

8/10 would definitely recommend. Only wish they had more than two towels in the room

Not bad overall but very mediocre in some regards

All things I guess come to an end. We have been staying at this hotel for YEARS! The hotel was remodeled and many things changed. 1. No microwaves in the rooms - we rely on a microwave to heat up a pad for my back 2. No real refrigerator. They replaced small fridges with "coolers" as they told us. They have a two hour timer and when that goes off things inside just stay cool. Not at all good for what we bring with us - food does not stay safely cold and so on. 3. There are no dressers in the room so you cannot unpack 4. No valet anymore 5. Parking lot is scary. I would not go in there by myself. It is dirty and I saw lots of trash and a couple single guys just walking around 6. Our room had a knob in the shower that was off and just in the soap dish. 7. You only have your room "cleaned" every other day. The trash was taken out and new towels were in the bathroom, but the bed was not made and counters were not cleaned. 8. Towels were like Motel 6! They were hard, and I have never used that to describe a towel. They were obviously old! The location AND hotel was why we stayed there in the past, now we will find another place for sure.

The electric iron was non functioning and there’s no electric iron board.

It's a shame a guest has to pay for parking ($20) when the adjacent structure (which has access to the hotel) charges $12!!!

Besides the breakfast being overpriced, we had a really nice day in Pasadena! Thanks!

We had stayed there before and had a room location preference. Our service representative gave us a very nice room away from street noise. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Pasadena.

Great service , clean rooms

It was decent. Bar staff was very nice. Cleaning crew decided to come in at 930 with a one knock warning. Did not give us enough time to answer door. They opened the door and asked if we were leaving. Unacceptable, the front staff did take off my parking fee off as an apology.

Conveniently located to shopping and food. Lobby was nice and parking very easy.

Claims to have charging stations for electric vehicles but does not have one. Rooms are not clean and are not regularly cleaned

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan.

Not happy I had to pay for parking. For $30 I should receive valet services. Also considering we were only there for a night, $30 for parking is not fair Breakfast was okay, but I certainly don’t believe it’s justified to charge $23 per person I did appreciate kids under 3 eat free. Lastly, when I made my reservation I had two breakfasts included through Expedia. The front desk made me prove I had breakfast by showing my itinerary on Expedia. In 2024, I shouldn’t have to provide anything other than a QR code for my reservation confirmation. All relevant information should be automatically shared

The staff was polite and attentive to your every need. The room was clean aside from a few carpet stains they attempted to remove however the beds were not comfortable at all. We actually placed our pillows behind our backs laterally so that we could sleep comfortably. Honestly I was a little surprised because I’ve stayed at this hotel chain pre COVID in other states and this is the first time I woke up feeling like I took nap vs feeling refreshed after good nights sleep.

Location and convenience of dining options. Walkable areas and beautiful old town pasadena

Great location. Pasadena is a beautiful town, highly walkable with excellent restaurants. Home of Robinson brothers, close to Caltech, and with a lot of character of its own. Property staff are highly courteous and helpful, but parking could be cheaper!
