Staff was friendly and hotel was very nice .only thing but wasnt a major issue our tub needed to be redone .we was hoping for a rubber mat was available but we emphasized and used bath mat .only issue we saw in our room .the overall experience was wonderful, i would stay there again for the price i paid

Dominque was awesome!! She was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Joe from maintenance was a Godsend. He addressed our ADA needs promptly. Kudos to both Dominique and Joe!!

The Inn is very nice. It's close to the WWII museum and a bit of a walk to the French Quarter. Good value.

We had a handicap room. Located on 6 th floor. All the way to the end of the hallway. No help with luggage, bathroom had a tub with handles but not usable for someone who can’t get in an out. Basically not handicapped

This Hotel was Simply the BEST! Quiet… Clean and from my very 1st Entrance to the hotel.. the front/guest services were very professional, welcoming and showed their corporation’s highest level of GREAT hospitality… THIS HOTEL DESERVES 5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is downtown New Orleans near the Convention Center and Cruise Ship terminal. The front office agent was very helpful.

It was an amazing staying, close to the Canal St (15 min walking) close to the river which is great to have a walk. The room is very comfortable and clean. The bed is great!!

Only complaint was not really any area right outside of hotel for pets to use the bathroom. Had to walk a street up for this even though it was a pet friendly hotel.

Only issue - I was on a cruise ship that was held up a day due to hurricane Francine. I called the hotel through the contact number provided in the app to confirm I would be arriving a day late and only staying 1 night. However when I arrived they had cancelled my booking as a no show and had no notes about my call. Front desk was nice, but it took a while through hotels.com to get it resolved. Fortunately I was refunded and able to do a new booking for the night.

I did not like the idea of paying $45 per night to park. That put a big dent in my expenses. This was my first time in the state and I wanted to be mindful of my spending. I specifically filtered my selections to free parking only to be surprised by this fee upon arrival. No bueno! In addition, the garage is attached to the building - why is parking so expensive?

I didn't like the fact that it said if you need extra towels call and they will be brought to you. STILL WAITING, never received them, and the parking was not free and that was one of the reasons I choose this property. Is should be put in big black bold letters, that parking is not free, which ever the case may be.

Valet service and staff were GREAT! Very friendly and easy to work with, they had some great suggestions on local restaurants and nightlife. Front desk was professional, except late one evening my GF ( w disability) spilled some ramen soup and was asking for a damp towel-from Ashley, to clean it off her and was basically dismissed and told to go to her room if she needed a towel, very professional otherwise.

The location of the hotel was convenient, but no parking and valet parking was too much. No good city view from our hotel room. The bathroom was tiny and the tub looked dirty. The carpet in our room was very dirty. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and close to the French Quarters

Everything with the hotel was great. No issues other than the lady who worked the desk at night- she was extremely rude and very short. She didn’t tell me anything about the hotel at check in or even ask for my ID to verify me. I was very disappointed with her service. The lady that worked morning shift was very sweet and helpful!

The valet was a great idea. To have to compete with parking garages as a guest at this hotel would have been a nightmare. So thank you for this convenience. My husband and I were both amazed with the staff's hospitality all around.

It hotel is okay. Our cleaning service was poor. On our last day they ran out of clean towels. We waited over an our for fresh towels.

Very nice staff. But it’s the South I don’t think they know how to be rude. The property was in a great area to walk to the FQ, streetcar to get you all over town, the outlet is nearby as well. Would stay here again.
