We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel for quick city visit. I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming. The room was super spacious, 2 massive beds that fitted easily our family of 4, breakfast was superb and selection to suit any taste (Asian, European, American). To top it all the location was awesome. 500m walk down the river and you can grab the orange boat that takes you to eg grand palace for 40baht per person. The hotel also includes several restaurants and bars and the Asiatheque night market is also just few mins walk away with massive food offering. Overall just a suberb choice for your visit to Bangkok.

Excellent hotel, friendly, helpful and attentive service. Room is big, bright and clean. Location is closed to river tour boat port. My room had amazing view of the river and city.

Room no 1404 it was nice river view and air conditioner is quite good. Pool is just so beautiful and clean. Nice excellent pool.
This hotel value is a lot better than its cost.
Stayed several hotel five stars around this area this hotel is really best in this area. Boat shuttle service excellent. Easy and comfortable, nice commuting way to city.
Easy to go Asiatique and easy to find nice cost effective restaurants around here.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful lobby and large rooms. The view of the river was beautiful and we enjoyed watching all the boat traffic. The pool was large, clean and had lots of sun beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Ugly barricades around the pool, hot tub out of commission. Keycard fails, got it replaced twice. Somewhat helpful staff, but long lines at front desk, concierge desk has short hours; when asked for cab, was told to use the Grab app and get one for myself (reason: cheaper). Great luggage handling staff. Overall, a decent older property, still lightyears away from Avani Riverside that is often in the same ballpark. Live music in lobby is nice as well as the proximity to Asiatique.

Very nice hotel and the staff is attentive and helpful. It’s right on the riverfront and walkable to restaurants, Asiatique and its large Ferris wheel, massage parlors and temples

While the property and the staff are very good, the people are very nice, but I think it's very overpriced for the overall service provided.
Breakfast is not free ($22 ! and it's an average breakfast) no bar service with descent drinks in the hotel, the area around is not that vibrant. I felt bored staying there.

They have a free ferry from the Hotel to Sathon Pier every 30 minutes. And they also have a free Tuktuk shuttle service to Asiatique Riverfront as well.
Would I visit again? I don't think so.

We got the riverside rooml with excellent view. That alone worth a lots to us. By shuttle boat we can access all kind of dining and tourist attraction points and avoid the traffic.

The only thing that upsets us is that they lock our door before check out time. Check out time is 12 pm, but they lock our room at 15 min to 12.

Nice hotel right in the river. They have a boat that will take you to the main boat taxi station. They also have a tuk tuk available. I would stay here again.
Two negatives: the hotel’s restaurant forgot a meal for one of the people in our party. She went hungry that night. 2- check in time is 3pm, two of our rooms weren’t ready until 4pm. No biggies.
