I couldn't sleep because my room was on the penultimate floor and there was a terrible, incredible and deafening noise caused by cooling machine motors and property for sure has saved on renovation works and did not soundproof the entire systems!!! During my check-in I was assisted by a very rude and impolite female employee who treated me like an idiot without any reason!!! I have, unfortunately, a lunch in the hotel and food was terrible. I could continue but I'd better stop here.

Great people , staff attend to your requests, always happy to help. Spacious rooms , nice TV , and comfortable bed. A perfect 5 star experience. Well worth it . Incredibly quiet.

As a frequent traveler, I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The accommodations, staff, and amenities were all commendable, but I believe there is one aspect that could be elevated to make guests' stay even more memorable - the breakfast experience.

Location and cleanliness of the room. All the staff were nice except one her name was Nan. She was so rude and has attitude.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lady her name Nan was so rude and her attitude was not acceptable. Although I called the hotel in my check in day and I informed them about my exact arriver time, the room were not ready. The booking was for three adults, and they haven’t put the extra bed in the room. Her excuse was the hotel policy is setting up the room for three persons when the customer checked in. I stayed in 4 hotels in Thailand before this hotel and the room was ready for us. When I asked for this policy in written, she doesn’t have it. Weird!!! I would accept this delay if she showed me a written policy saying that adding the extra bed when the customer checked in and be in the room. All the hotels we stayed in Thailand were ready for three adults by the time we checked in. Also, all hotels accept the deposit to in Dollars $ but she refused and asked a 1000 THB per night in THB only. Her attitude was not appropriate and when I asked about the manager she was like I am the manager. Of courses I won’t expect a better service if the manager has this attitude. The slowest and worst check in I ever had in my life. It took almost one hour to check in. I regret staying at this hotel that doesn’t treat customers professionally. I recommend finding another hotel in the area if you are looking for a better professional service. Additionally, we are a family booking two rooms, and she did not make an effort giving us two rooms in the same floor. Each room was in different floor, but this is how rude and not helpful was. I will not stay in again at this hotel.
