Chatrium is an amazing place. The only things i can suggest is how to make it better.

During my stay I had to cancel the last night due to sudden change of the flight. Then reception staff kindly supported me to refund it. Appreciated her survives.
On the other hand, hotel itself is pretty old so my room was not comfortable unfortunately, when renovated in the future, I will book again.

The building is renovated from the outside but is old inside compared to the room I got
On my last day at the hotel, the room was not cleaned After trying to call for over an hour and calling about 7 times to clean the room
There was a person at the reception who was rude and spoke to me very rudely when I left the hotel.
I booked a car to take me from the hotel to the airport and the same rude guy at the reception, the employee told me I didn't have a reservation, and I found the guy standing outside waiting for me.
The hotel is located far from all shopping centers, the nearest shopping center is half an hour away.
One day I went to have breakfast in the morning and they gave me a dirty table that was not cleaned well and the chairs were old and very dirty

Fantastic hotel, come early to breakfast or there will be black with hotel guests. Breakfast is however very good with a big variety of food. Service at front desk is pleasant and friendly. Bubble jet, was however not working in the pool. But over all a fantastic hotel and comfortable room, with great city view.

The hotel breakfast was great. So many options for adults and kids. The pool was also very safe and enjoyable for my kids. I would definitely stay here again.

I almost always stay here. It's very comfortable and convenient for my business.
Breakfast was good, noodle and porridge and anything can
good taste.
Staffs also are very gentle and kind.

There were 4 of us checking in at the same time. This was chaotic for teh staff. The didn't understand that we needed 3 rooms as per our individual bookings. Our request for rooms together, for example single tower, was ignored. The staff were very attentive. The bar staff one/two nights were terrible, missing one item off the ordered list, but all other nights were fine (probably new staff). breakfast was great, highly recommend having this,a s there is a huge variety. Rooms were clean, though my bath tub did not drain quickly (I was stood in dirty water during my showers). Overall good. Maybe in hindsight anotehr location would have worked better for us (e.g. by the river/boats)

Hotel was just OK. Nothing special.Room service was very sub standard. They threw away my wifes lunch container. Didnt clean out room till past 5pm most days. Front desk staff were excellent especially FA. Restaurant was great for lunch or dinner. Rooms need updating. Even on Non smoking floors there was a huge smell of cigarettes and marijuana everyday. Probably will not be back

Stayed here for 10 days on my first trip to Bangkok. Beautiful pool and great breakfast buffet. Rooms very nice and clean and the staff was incredible. Highly reccomend.

The property was gorgeous! That part of town I didn’t feel welcomed as a person of color. I stayed in Bangkok on the other side where it’s more tourist and that part was very welcoming and didn’t. That’s just my opinion.

AMAZING! Great deal, quiet but accessible. Not so far from different places. Beautiful spacious rooms. I love to stay here again. The staff are polite, friendly and the buffet is fantastic!

Food and drinks are to expensive, not only with local rates but with equivalent hotel in Bangkok. Service is very slow and ridiculous. For example, a diner of 4 persons. First main course will be served while the 3 others will have to wait. At the end, the first one will have finish to eat before the 4th being served. Also incredible, people splitting either in the swimming pool, the ashtrays or even in the middle of the hotel

The rooms and service were excellent. Lovely pool on site as well. A bit outside of the main touristy areas allows for a quiet respite outside of the busier areas of Bangkok. Easily accessible and would recommend

The staff in this hotel are very friendly and helpful. From the front desk to the breakfast buffet and housekeepers.
The breakfast selection is wide and fresh.
This is not the place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, you will need a taxi to get to the popular areas.
The room was very spacious and comfortable however the TV wasn't smart. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch. The only real downside of this hotel was the slight damp smell in the room and hallways.

Hotel was amazing good value for money. Service was top notch, pool area was big and green and really well taken care of. Great service at poolbar, nice and friendly staff. Breakfast buffe was really good and breakfast area was nice, both inside airconditioned and outside by the pool.
Location was in a calm and quite area, aprox 15-20 minutes by taxi to more all activities. Can strongly recomend you to download the hotel app where you can book different tours. We did the Tuk Tuk food tour which we strongly can recomend.

Many restaurant options in the area. Location was safe and clean. Our bedrooms were huge. We also had huge a living room, dining room, kitchen and our very own balcony. Mini bar was stocked up with a variety of drinks. They had fresh fruits and smoothies for each of us. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Well, at some point, it was nice. Facilities are fine and nice room conditions.
But on the other hand, especially the service, it was pretty disappointed that most staff doesn’t speak English neither try to communicate as much as they can. Some of them have very bad attitudes. I think the staff of this residence be needed to educated more.

This was one of the best stays I've ever had and we highly enjoyed ourselves. It was fast check-in and out, easy to access transportation, conveniently located right next door to 7-11 and other restaurants and massage places. There were 2 restaurants in the hotel and the facilities were great! Love the apartment style rooms and the washer/dryer were SOOO helpful during our stay. I highly recommend for a nice, affordable option. The General Manager of the hotel restaurant and the staff were absolutely amazing as well!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One area to improve is lack of shuttle bus access to public transport like BTS station only can hire taxi service to move around as its a bit far from prime locations.

Great place, very spacious rooms and A1 pool/facilities. My only issue is breakfast. The area for serving and sitting is way too small for the number of guests. So while the selection is great it's actually quite stressful navigating so many people in a confined area.
