Hotel is nice as restored recently.. However needs a bit improvement on daily room cleaning. Sometimes towels are not exchanged even if we left them on the floor in bathroom. Glasses were not washed. Bad smell in room after cleaning as staff turns off aircon. 3rd sofa bed was not ready on our arrival. We had to figure out how to set it up. We really enjoyed to have a drink and snack in Arena tapas bar.

I made 2 reservations. One, for 1 night for my wife and I. The second one for my wife kind and I a day later. My mother arrived with my kid in the 2nd day. She was waiting for me with my kid and luggage at the hotel restaurant. I met them to collect his luggage. As I attempted to go and drop off the luggage and cut through the empty hotel restaurant into the lobby. I was screamed at that I could not walk through the lobby and I had to exit the hotel and walk all the way around and enter through their main entrance. All of this because the hotel manager does Not like seeing people walk with luggage when he is eating with his family. Our room smelled like sewer. I asked about it and there was no solution. Overall the communication and service is slow, and always with the answer that is the way we do things. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. Terrible service for the clientele.

Service was terrible. The treatment given to me was beyond humiliating. They do not look after the client but their own comfort of doing as little as possible.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and reasonably good value. Within short walking distance of everything.

In a great location with spacious rooms. However, it was not ideal that they had the AC turned off centrally and we weren’t able to control it in our own rooms, this made night times a bit uncomfortable and humid even with the balcony door open. Also the tv in our room did not work which was unfortunate and the room only had a coffee machine no tea and the mini bar only had water. Overall, a good hotel and with a few changes it would be perfect. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

Lovely spacious rooms however, all they all seem to be classed as suites so don't get too excited. Buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Tapas is great in the Arena and also at the pool.

4th stay. Only comment would be the welcome on the first night could have been better

However, the reception desk was quite disorganized and difficult to work with. We asked for late checkout and were told twice to ask the day of checkout, then when we asked the day of checkout, we were told that they needed 24 hours prior notice. In the end they gave it to us, but it seemed the internal communication was nonexistent. We also ordered room service and it took almost two hours and multiple calls. Even so, I would go back. The location of the property was perfect, and the experience was nice. I just hope they can improve the reception desk and the efficiency of communication.

THIS IS GREAT HOTEL 100 YARDS FROM THE BEACH SO NO PROBLEM IF YOU NEED TO WERE A MASK.YOU NEED A PASS TO OPEN THE DOORS TO GET IN THE HOTEL. WHICH IS GREAT. ITS SO CLEAN.BREAKFAST IS FAB. ONLY 15MINS IN A CAB FROM THE AIRPORT.

Good hotel

The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The beach theme is fresh and the location was superb . Highly recommend this hotel for families

Hotel was opposite the beach and 5 mins walk to the bars and shops... We stayed in the Mediterranean suite with a pool view and the balcony was huge. I would highly recommend paying the extra money as All these rooms have been refurbished and more spacious than others... The hotel was spotless, the staff super friendly. We just has breakfast included in our stay and it was great, something for everyone... I would never stay in another hotel in salou again. I cannot wait for my next visit.

We liked the location however the fridge door did not shut properly, the sink tap was loose and there was no bath. The shower had no water pressure. Also, it was very challenging to gauge the temperature of the shower.

We loved the blaumar hotel, the cleanliness, the hotel staff& the position were great. Would have liked at least tea & coffee making facilities.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly & efficient. The breakfasts & poolside bar provided great food - we did not have dinner there.

Great location. Front desk people are very helpful. Be prepared that in Spain there is no rush like in America! Close to beach and promenade street. Pool water is cold. Nice guest. Good breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a great location with modern decor

It was the best hotel I stayed so far! Cant even express how I enjoyed this stay! Massive room, amazing pool , great spa, friendly breakfast team and good choice of the food. One improvement needed... Reception staff slow and not very committed to them job but overall place no.1 in Salou

Good position, clean, tidy, good decor. Really nice pool area, pool side bar very good. Check in seemed to take a long time compared to other hotels, maybe just a bad day! Only real issue was the access to our balcony which could only be done through the bedroom, the doors from the lounge area were permanently locked, no real explanation from reception (heard others complaining), just an inconvenience if one of us was having a lie in :-)

They claimed no cancellation notice was received and that they have to verify that credit card was actually charges. The cancellation was made 9 working days ago! The other room was taken up and we would rate it acceptable.
