It was very nice hotel and the location was great. It was walking distance to a lot of places. The staff were very friendly. The lobby area was very nice and we spent a lot of time at night over there.

A 3/4 sized bed which was a surprise. Room was clean and tidy but small. Breakfast was fine but confusing.

Otherwise the standard of the hotel is what can be expected for the price. Nothing special but no disappointments.

One of the Best rooms and locations I have stayed in!
Staff were amazing and friendly. Breakfast buffet especially good!! : ) **only drawback--- No A/C and yes it did get so hot--and not comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a very central, canal side but quiet location. Very good buffet breakfast & very friendly staff. We needed to stay an extra night due to a flight cancellation & they were very helpful.

Hotel is in terrific location! The rooms are shoebox sized. We chose a balcony which was tiny as well but just large enough for 2 to sit. The staff were informative and very friendly.

Overall the stay was good. Location was great. Close to everything. The only problem we had was the tub/shower was always flooding after we take a shower/bath. One of my daughters actually slipped because of it. Please fix the leak for the safety of the guests. Also, the faucet was sooooo hard/tight to turn on. Please fix that as well.

No AC . Very hot in rooms, fans not helping.

The hotel is very well situated near the harbour and the staff are lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The rooms are quite small and perhaps a little outdated. They could certainly use more closet space! On the whole, though, this is a nice, convenient place to stay in the heart of Copenhagen.

Location to the city centre was great. The hotel faces one of the canals in a nice quiet area. About a 10 minute walk to the Christianshavn neighbourhood with lots of restaurants.

We did not like the bathroom. The shower had a door that leaked and water would get all over the floor. We were asked not to use too many towels but it was hard not too because we had to dry up the floor. The shower door could've been better designed.

Clean, secure and great facilities. Staff were really kind, friendly and helpful and made it a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff for everything they did. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Copenhagen
