Very nice hotel.

Is a very convenient location. The breakfast was okay, could improve and offer variety. BTW, the toaster never worked during my stay. The room was clean but needed some maintenance with the bathroom plumbing/. The bed skirt was broken and the multi-device charger was not working correctly.

Wifi was not available during our stay. Breakfast is ok but limited options for seating a family. It caters more for flight staff during the week.

This is my 3rd stay at the hotel, the last time was in 2014. There has been nice refurbishments and modernization done to the hotel rooms. Service by staff was very good especially the resolution of an issue with our shower which was not working, however it was quickly repaired once reported. My only issue was that there was no WIFI available and we were not advised about this upon check-in. Overall a good 2 night stay at the hotel.

Very clean and quiet place

Fire Alarm tripped (false alarm)and hotel had to evacuate. Guests were left out in the carpark with no updates from staff. Ssafe and A/C did not work properly on first day but staff got it rectified. Bathroom door was accidentally locked. Front desk did not have access to master key, gave us a letter opener and paper clip and advised to try an pick the lock ourselves.

The only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 stars is that first floor lobby/dining areas were always crowded and loud. But the hotel itself is very nice, clean, good amenities, polite staff, so I do recommend. There’s also a delicious Latin restaurant next door that is open late. And you’re near Dolphin Mall if you want to shop.

I usually stay here every time that I travel for work to Miami, and it has been always an extraordinary experience. However, this last time was terrible. Mostly in terms of cleaning services and handyman. In 6 days, we did not received a made or any support in at least change the towels or refill the soap and shampoo. We also reported 3 times that the curtains weren't working and we never received support in fixing them. Overall, it was certainly not the best experience this time.

The staff were friendly. Property was clean. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The ck-in agent was NOT friendly. She did not even asked "how are you?" or said 'welcome". Then arrival night, I called for 45 min. and nobody picked up at the FD, so I had to go down and Ricardo at the FD - was super rude when asking for the linen for the Sofa. No linen for the sofa bed, the bathroom and kitchen were not clean. We had the privacy sign on but did see the Housekeeping lady every day and she was on the phone all the time and did not once ask if we needed anything. We had to go get the towels from the cart ourselves. I am a former hotelier, so I know things can happen and maybe I would have been more understanding if the staff was more hospitable. The rudeness and the lack of care was unacceptable. If you do not want to deal with people, dont be at the front desk, dont work at a hotel.

The stay was a nightmare, we rent 3 rooms with my family, I was traveling with 2 kids, never in my entire stay did they go to fix the room, with 2 children on the 4th day I didn't have any shampoo, soap or towels, we usually get up early and they asked me to shower later if I need towels, then when I complained they didn't want me giving the manager's details, really a nightmare. do not stay in this hotel

Breakfast was disappointing. The toaster didn't really work and no one seemed cared to fix it. NONE of the outlets in our bathroom worked, we reset them without luck. The worst was that the sink drainage area had mould in it, it had not been cleaned in a long time. Spoke to person at front desk which apologized and said we would be reimbursed in some way THAT DAY this was Sunday, today is Tuesday and still nothing !!!

Didn't get to go around was so tired after a very long drive 😴
