El aire acondicionado, mucho ruido y demasiado antiguo y grande

Ok voor één overnachting dicht bij Miami International Airport. Alles van het hotel geeft een wat "afgeleefde" indruk. Hoewel de kamer vrij proper overkwam. Een groot (hoog) en goed bed. Een klassieke, verouderde badkamer, maar alles functioneel. Het ontbijt was naar Amerikaanse normen ok. Gelukkig was er nog plaats op de parking voor de huurauto, wel extra te betalen. Toch nog een pro. Naast het hotel is een pub waar je nog tot in de late uurtjes terecht kan. Heel aangenaam na een lange intercontinentale vlucht!

De "afgeleefde" indruk van zowel kamer, gangen etc.

Localização boa, próxima de restaurantes e posto de gasolina. 15 min do aeroporto. O quarto estava super arrumado, limpo, sem cheiro forte. Café da manhã bom, com opções de pães, Donuts, ovo frito e cozido, salsicha, iogurte… enfim, típico café americano.

Nada a reclamar.

Terrible customer service. Staff unfriendly. We booked room with two double bed for family of four they put us in room with one double bed with couch that we had to make ourselves in the bed. Sheets were not really bed sheets they did not even provide towels for 4 persons. When complaining at the front desk they told us that they were overbooked and we are lucky they gave us that room. Just for clarification we booked that room and paid for over a month ago. Room is very aged!

Muy buena ubicación, en recepción hay agua saborizada y galletas, buena atención del personal, buen desayuno.

Me hicieron un cobro agregado, sin embargo, lo corrigieron después de escribir al hotel, no obstante, eso siempre es incómodo.

Room was smelly !! On the sheet was blood and stains . I told housekeeping to change it !!! Trashes in the bin !! Extremely dirty and smelly !! Reception very bad no help with my problem!!! Very smelly and dirty hotel !!! I am manager in the hotel i never seen something like that !!!!! Bed bugs everywhere !!!! This is not 3 stars just 1 !!!! Never Again dont go there !! I lost a lot of money and time !!! Never !!! Thats terrible and dirty hostel not hotel !!!!!!!

Localização do hotel próximo ao aeroporto.

Muita humidade no quarto que não possui ventilação (abertura de janela). Tive que trocar de quarto porque o cheiro de mofo era insuportável. Pedi por 2 vezes a limpeza da acomodação, que não foi feita.

A pesar de haber pagado desayuno, el lunes no hubo y el resto de los días regular. Limpieza de la habitación, era sólo a pedido..., no diario.

Olor d la habitación muy desagradable a humedad , y la cerradura d la habitación tardaba muchos minutos para q abriera a pesar q la luz estaba en verde era muy dificultoso abrir la puerta ! Se tomaba un gran tiempo lograr abrir la habitación ! Falta d mantenimiento importante

That the standard room don't have microwaves for easy access to heat food. The room is not clean until every 5 days.

Perfect location

Not a friendly staff. Worst customer service ever. I booked a double bed room 5 days before and paid full at that time. When I arrived at 4pm they sent me to a room with 1 bed. Then they said that all the rooms are occupied, and they were sorry. Finally got my room which was too hot because the AC was off. I had to turn on and wait like 1 hour to get cool the room. In the bathroom I found the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are in dispensable bottles which were almost empty. That room looked like wasn't prepared to receive guest. The property don't have enough parking spaces, also we have to park at own risk, and they told me that $15 will be charge to my account for parking.

Safe wasn’t working, couldn’t be fixed so had to move rooms. Key cards didn’t work a couple of times so again backwards and forwards to reception. Had to pay for parking.

Overall surrounding

The items which are standard part of package (I.e. tea/coffee machine, shower cap, toothpaste, etc) were not kept in room. Instead it was kept with receptionist. She used to give such things which are very basic items upon customer request. It means if nobody ask, it’s a saving for them.

I think they need to improve the room cleaning, and there are no toothpaste and teeth brush in the room, I need to go to downstairs to ask. And no tea bag or tea pot in the room too. And also the bed sheet I saw some hairs
