Newly remodeled hotel that is exactly what someone passing through needs

Good experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. Little disappointed in breakfast bar. Only bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc.

The room we had air conditioning was not working and we had ants on the couch

Up all night with a noisy air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Air was not regulated and was hot and cold too. The halls smelt like pot. Won’t be staying at this location again.

Hotel was fine/clean. Only offers cold breakfast - which should be noted at reservation. Cold breakfast would have worked except they didn’t have any “real” milk for cereal or oatmeal the first day. Only oat milk which we don’t care for. We asked to see if they had any and were told no.

Extremely nice - I wish they had microwaves in the rooms and served a better option for breakfast. Like bacon and eggs. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay.

From the outside the hotel looked clean, upon entering the building you can smell some musky odors I want to say it was the cleaning product they used. The toilet was clogged and because of that we had to switch rooms, all the rooms smelled musky. The breakfast was just bagels, they should not advertise breakfast because that was a disappointment. The walls of the room were not sound proof so you could hear the people every word in the room next door. They allow people to play cornhole in the middle of the lobby while drinking beer and other alcohol. Location was good for what we needed, but because of the smell I don’t think I would choose this hotel in the future.

If you arrive late, they lock the font doors, there is an a button off to the side to buzz for staff. I was tired and didn’t notice it, so I called the phone number and got directions from the staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

Loved the colors and layout of lobby furniture. The room was clean, quiet, and had refillable soap/cond/shamp/lotion. Has mini fridge. The day clerk was absolutely amazing! He made you feel welcomed!
Cons-Not impressed with night clerk, “store”options were minimal, breakfast bar was coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and yogurt and pool was not clean.
Pros- Pool was warm, offer free washer and dryer, nice rooms, beds and pillows, close to stores

It was nice we had reserved two rooms for two day unfortunately the Air conditioner leaked water all over the carpet and the phone was not working. We had the last two rooms with double beds. We had to rebook at a different location. Staff was great. Facilities were new and very clean.

Service was subpar at best. When checking in they did not tell us room service was every other day. A little transparency during check-in would be nice instead of handing us a full sheet of paper of policies after check-in.

Good hotel and great place for out dogs

The only issue I had was there was a stain on my sheets . They were not washed properly should have been checked more carefully. Otherwise everything was excellent . But the breakfast needs to have more selections and variety people do not want to see bagels only . Need cereal, hot food just a suggestion. Thank you for working with me staff was excellent .

I was surprised that the breakfast options were inadequate for being a Hilton property. I could deal without a hot selection but only offer bagels and no other option was unacceptable. They could offer fresh fruit or cereal options.
