Cute, comfy room with nice sitting area and fireplace. Everything else was nicely done and clean. Good breakfast.

We were greeted by Phil - who was very kind and helpful. Phil was there when we checked out the next morning and was again very kind and helpful. The one negative was that our room had a fireplace, but we were unable to get it to function. Phil tried to get it fixed for us, but he had tried, and apologized for this issue.

Came to see Minnesota Vikings game…easily walkable to US Bank Stadium. Each desk person we saw went out of their way to help us (thanks Phil and Hector!). Very enjoyable stay!

Great location for attending Vikings game! The room was comfortable and large and there was a good breakfast as well. The bar on site was equally nice and there was a great outdoor patio. Staff was awesome as well!

We came for a concert at US Bank…great location within east walking distance. The hotel is nicely maintained with a decent breakfast.

there are a lot of things i like about this property which i rated on.
the only thing i do not like is having to pay full price for parking. if free parking can't be offered then a discount would have been nice.

Great hotel. Good location. The rooms are awesome. Very spacious and they have a full kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher! This is great for a longer stay.
Very close to the river front. Downtown is also walkable. Breakfast was good with lots of options, but the breakfast area furniture need to be updated.

They need to upgrade the property and train their staff to be more friendly. Get some people skills please. Housekeeping did not adequately stock our room before the stay and when i adked them to leave more items, she says yes and doesn't do it. Had to ask the desk guy later.

I stayed at a studio room for a week to attend a conference at the Minneapolis convention center. The hotel is a little bit far from the center (about 20~25 min by walk). But the room is wide enough and the desk and chair are suitable for laptop work. The fireplace in the room made a relaxed mood. The breakfast was nice! The whole foods market is nearby so I could buy and have some foods using the kitchen. Laundry machines are also available. All of these advantages made my business reasonable.

Its my 2nd time at this place & both times, have been good. Cleanliness, good customer service, quick check in, check out and friendly maintenance as well. Our tv was acting up and they showed up within 5 mins to fix it.

Plenty of space, very comfortable, clean. Katherine/Kathryn who was at the front desk when I checked in was so kind, pleasant and helpful. She was the highlight of my stay.
