We’ve stayed here several times, visiting our son at ACU. Very comfortable bed, great service. We enjoyed hot breakfast, as well. Safe area close to the university.

Didn't get to stay upon going into room bathroom was dirty and there was a German momma roach crawling on tv stand so after an 8 hour drive from home to hotel we had to cancel reservation and find a vacany somewhere else.

Very nice staff, parking, and facilities. As a painter, the caulking job done in the bathroom does not reflect the high level of care given in the remainder of the room. It makes cleaning much more tedious for the housekeeping staff, and the poor quality does not reflect well the attention given in the rest of the facility. I suggest your maintenance staff take more care in repairs and also suggest you change to a silicon-based caulk which levels out beautifully and is much easier to keep clean.

The room and whole hotel was clean, comfortable and I couldn't hear any noise or stomping up stairs, or from parking lot. The stay at BW was great!
Only thing I would have liked better was the breakfast. Yogurt machine was out of order whole time, food just not quite up to par.
People were very friend and helpful

The rooms are great. Pool and gym dated. Machines glitching but it met my needs. Not a lot near by for food. But there’s always Door Dash!

Overall a great stay at a great value. The room was clean. The A/C worked great, thankfully as it was 109° while we were there. The pool was open and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and was typical fare for free breakfast.

It was a good stay for the price but this is the seond stay in separate rooms that had ants all in it.

The room was not clean. Sheets had stains. The room smelled badly.

The hotel was clean and the front desk personnel was ok, but the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. It felt like a metal beam was down the center, not just a firm mattress which I can handle. It was just so bad. The next morning breakfast was sausage, eggs, waffles, and oatmeal offered, my son loved it.

I did not like it that the person at the desk signed me up for Best Western rewards without my permission! Got an email 3 minutes after check-in saying I was signed up.

There was ample big rig parking. Hotel was easy access. Room was a very nice size. Clean. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was nice. My only issue is that washing machine in guest laundry was not working. We were in town for 2 nights. Would have been great to be able to take care of laundry before heading out again.

Found dog poop in my room and hotel was unwilling to refund my money. The second floor smelled horrible because of someone smoking weed. The staff was unwilling to do anything. Would never recommend this property to anyone. EVER!!!

The entire 2nd Floor smelled bad as soon as the elevator opened. Them once we got to the room it stunk also.
Management refused to give us a refund instead he moved us to 1st floor which also smelled just not as bad.
Do not recommended this place at all!

We booked last minute while traveling across country so we got in late. The frint desk staff was amazing about getting us checked in quickly and to our room. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

Terrible customer services oriented for the person I the breakfast area call Katy very rude and totally agaiste customers, she turn off the tv even we were still watching the news on the TV with out ask us. Seems she does not care customer we are invincible for her. Bad mannerd
