The hotel is in need of a lot of renovations. It is old, no elevators. Had to change rooms because air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They sent maintenance up 4 times and all they did was turn it on and off. Gave us wrong room number for new room. New room was nice but air conditioning leaked, ice maker didn’t work, dishwasher leaked. There are no restaurants at this resort. Would not stay here again.

I liked the beach. Not all of them, but some of the employees need to be trained on how to treat the clients well.

There were shop staff and waiters at certain restaurants that made our stay uncomfortable. Very rude and did not acknowledge us it was almost as if they act like we had no business there…I visited Aruba my second time for my bday this time my daughter experienced the island. This was my first time at the Divi property with all amenities we were told we couldnt take any food for my daughter but saw others given to go boxes. The lights were out in the common areas for multiple days practically our entire stay. I reported the concern many times as my 3 year old and my mom who just recently had a hip replacement about a few months ago had to walk up a dark stairwell and even the entry of the room was dark. I have photos with different time stamps for my records. My daughter was afraid to go up and down in the evening and the sun was going down around 6-7pm when its dinner time. The transportation was never explained to move around the property we struggled to get around. The only part of the resort that i liked was the golf side which is on the opposite side of the resort. The staff were friendly much cleaner better amenities, etc. If i ever decided to return i would like to experience staying at Divi Golf instead. My fave workers during my stay were bell hoppers Devon & Marvin. Very kind informative and helpful during my stay.

Divi Dutch itself didn’t have many dining options. Had to go to the other sister properties to dine. Also hours for dinner were later than we liked.

The property is clean, spacious and recently upgraded. The people are friendly and helpful. The resort has 3 pools and is located on beautiful Druif beach. Wouldn’t change a thing!!

A very big resort, many options and things to do. Never can be bored, hotel staff awesome with helping you schedule any activities,calling transportation, and offering free rides around the resort. All in one package
