We'll be staying here again when we drive thru. Staff is great, very friendly. Breakfast was good & the area was clean and neat. It's an older building & there's carpet in the rooms which I'm not a fan of but the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice & clean as well, so couldn't ask for more. There is a $5 parking fee but they do have security so that's not bad at all. Overall nice stay 👍

TV didn’t work. Finally got it working but the screen kept going dark.
Was shocked to get home to discover there was a $5 charge to park. That isn’t going to break me but feel you pulled a fast one. No one mentioned a fee.
Air conditioner didn’t keep room cool.

Horrible experience. Came for a concert. Banging in the walls at midnight, and some sort of water pressure sound early morning. The springs in the bed were almost unbearable. I’d done better sleeping on the couch. The “complementary breakfast” was laughable at best. The sausage I wouldn’t have fed my dogs. The breakfast sandwich should have been tossed into a fire so no one would have to endure the absolute tragedy that someone tried to pass it for edible food. The pool was littered with children under the age of 10. The entrance should have had a sign stating that it was unsupervised swimming daycare. I would NEVER come to this establishment again. Nor any of the affiliated hotels.

Very comfortable stay. Excellent service, staff was great especially Nike. Room was clean, hotel was pretty quiet. Close proximity to a lot of restaurants. Not far from downtown Indy. Would definitely stay again.

Had to wait 20 or 30 minutes before I could get checked in because my room wasn’t clean that’s my only problem with that place had security patrol so you don’t have to worry about your car getting broken into still can happen just less likely

The property was beautiful. It was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. His name is Nike. I had a hard time finding a room last minute for my brother’s wedding, due to conventions and other activities that weekend. My room at another hotel was over overbooked so my reservation was cancelled. I explained that to Mr. Nike and he was the nicest. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed back to Indiana and at the Fairfield Inn. He was busy but positive. He made sure that every person that came to that front desk was well taken care of. He is definitely in the right position. He’s an awesome people person. I will make this location my permanent hotel location whenever I come in town. And I had a king spa suite. It was very beautiful. Thank you so much.

Rooms are extremely small, outdated and not very clean. Shower had black mold and a dirty ring/stain. Rooms are so small. Suite was $250 a night and there is also a fee for parking which is strange bc itsnot a busy area. There was barely room to use the sofa bed. If the sofa bed is out then you cannot get to the bathroom. The only good thing is that it was quiet and the breakfast had a variety of options. Not worth the price.

Room was furnished like an old Super 8 and tub liner was so poorly installed it was dangerous attempting to turn around it. Almost fell out of it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I got when I checked in there was an issue with the air conditioning. I stopped by the front desk and let the young lady know as I was on my way out to run an errand. She immediately assigned me to a new room with no hesitation and apologized for the inconvenience. Which by the way it truly wasn't any inconvenience but I really appreciated her hospitality!! Great customer service, clean and quiet.

Nice stopover place. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and full buffet breakfast. Room was quiet overnight with some hallway noise as guests and staff were starting to work/ checkout. Friendly greeting at check-in and out by Jayson. Overall good experience. Would stay again.

I want to start by giving a huge shout-out to Miss Tiffany at the Front Desk! Not only was she willing and able to get out rooms to be adjoining, she was also able to accommodate out request to add my wife’s name to the reservation to make check-in easier!!
We have stayed at this location on other occasions and each time has met or exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, very good breakfast, and wonderful staff… all for a VERY reasonable price.
If there was one item to give constructive feedback on, it would be the tiles in our bathroom. There were several that were loose, and the grout had failed. Didn’t feel unsafe, just thought it was worth mentioning.
We will definitely look to stay at this property again!!

I arrived in the evening, after informing staff that I needed to check in late. I had a reservation for a room with a king bed and a pull out couch for my granddaughter. There was no bedding for the couch, so I returned to the front desk for linens. Upon my return to the room, I found no quilt and no pillowcase. I did not return to the front desk, but made do. There was no grab and go breakfast for customers who had to leave early. Not very satisfied with my stay, even though Fairfield and Marriott usually provide a good experience.

I've rated this a four ONLY because there is was a very serious issue that should never happen at a hotel. Normally I would go into great detail about this but after speaking with management they are going to rectify the situation and have now training for the staff. Everything was great about this hotel and I would stay again.

I was upcharged on the room I booked through Expedia somehow and ended up paying far more than the room was worth due to an event that was happening in the area. I won't stay at a Fairfield ever again.

I thought it was a little unique and greedy that they charged us 5$ to park in the parking lot after buying a hotel room.

Xandria (front desk) was immensely helpful. She had multiple people at the counter and ensured everyone felt that ther needs were a priority to her (despite having even tne phone ringing). She went above and beyond typical staffing at hotels to ensure our stay was set for no hickups. Thank you!

Positives:
Convenient to downtown Indianapolis (meaning not difficult to get to, not in downtown ;) ). 5/5
The staff were excellent the rooms were great. 5/5 (I’d give more if I could)
Negatives:
Some lights outside the building were out which doesn’t portray the feeling of being on top of the property, but it happens. 4/5
Either a staff member or a staff member’s family member/ride was smoking pot in their car in the parking lot, near the entrance of the hotel at 7am… 7am! I know you can’t control what people do in the parking lot, but if it is a staffing situation having a policy against pot in the parking lot would be nice. 3/5 (I’d give less, but I don’t want to detract too much from the great staff in the facility).

When we checked in, there were people smoking pot in the parking lot. We left for dinner, and when we started to settle into the room found a bed bug.
