We spent just one night here during a trip through Switzerland. We stayed in a double room and the pictures reflect the room well. The outlets are not very conveniently placed, so if you have an extension cable, this is the place to use it. The kitchenette was small but usable, with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. It was a little unclear from the site whether we were allowed to use it, but when we arrived there was a sign on the kitchen cabinet that simply states they will charge you an extra cleanup fee if the kitchen is especially dirty. We were careful and did not get charged anything extra. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. There were all sorts of cold cuts and cheeses, pate, fresh bread, pretzels, and pastries, yogurt, cereal, jam, fruit, eggs, bacon, and sausage, and even chocolates to finish your meal. There was a very friendly person there serving coffee to order, refilling everything, and cleaning up. Parking at the hotel was free and easy. We did not see much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but they gave us free bus passes that we used to quickly get into town. The town was very cute and worth the stop.

The room was huge if a big clinical. We had our family of 4 in one room with 3 double beds and it was still spacious. The breakfast was decent, a small selection of decent quality foods.

Friendly and very helpfull staff. Clean and soft beds nice big rooms and well supplied kitchen. Free parking and a very good breakfast. Good for friends visiting Konstanz or families (you don't party there but surroundings are quiet, nice and close to public transport). Very recommendable for the price and quality you get.

Short walk to bus stop with frequent buses. Very handy. Ask staff to mark public bathing area on town map for you. There is one area beyond the thermal spa complex that has changing rooms, toilets, cafe. Also recommend ferry trip to Meersburg on opposite side of lake Quaint town. Promenade with many cafes.

Nice big rooms and a good breakfast every day. Free parking, good wifi. Neighborhood is working class but safe and fairly close to Konstanz Zentrum. Not super modern but really fine and beds are comfortable, everything works.

Stayed one night as we were in town for Carnival, but could have stayed longer. Location is a nice 15- 20 min walk from the old town, great for walking off breakfast, which was excellent...especially the awesome coffee machine in the extra breakfast room. Lots of free parking. Wifi worked well. Triple rooms are very spacious with super comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Only minor complaint was the loudness of the other guests, but it was Carnival after all.

The room was really spacious with very high ceiling. It was very much comfortable. You might want to have a car to access to the downtown of Konstanz and parking was available on site.Staff members were friendly and kind.We really enjoyed our stay.Unfortunately dishes in the kitchen were not clean very much and we had to clean them before using.

The hotel was just what we were looking for, for two nights in Konstanz. It was within easy distance of the town centre using the free bus pass that was supplied via the guest tax that we paid. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in was quick and informative. Breakfast was excellent with a plentiful and varied choice. We would happily stay here again.

The picture is misleading - it looks like a beautiful building in a wooded setting. This was a very transitional, city neighborhood. Many properties were undergoing major construction, and inconsistent in appearance and condition. The rooms reminded me of a college dorm room - no carpet, four beds in one room, small and outdated bathroom, tiny kitchenette and virtually no decor. We had originally booked the room for two nights. When we saw the room and neighborhood, we cancelled the second night and went elsewhere.

I enjoyed staying here. Every staff member was friendly and very helpful. My room faced the street but it was extremely quiet. The hotel is well located about 5 minutes walk from a great supermarket that has everything you may need for self catering. The bus stop is also there and its a 5 minute trip to the centre of town

We'd never been to Konstanz before and very luckily found this accommodation. Very friendly staff at reception who welcomed us in English and explained where we were in relation to the old town, where we could eat etc. The room was huge and extremely clean with a refrigator and kitchenette. Bathroom was a bit basic but adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. It is about 15 minutes walk into the harbour area but it is a very pleasant walk. We'd recommend this to everyone.

Our first stay at an aparthotel and most guests appeared to be there on a B & B basis .Our room was large with two single beds pushed togeather a bed setee , an easy chair , two upright chairs ,a coffee table and a small dining table.
All quite comfortable . Breakfast was excellent .The place itself was not in the nicest area of Konstanz but there did not appear to be any local problems . I suppose the hotel must have been a mile out of the city but we only had about a quarter mile to walk to an excellent bus service . Personally I would have enjoyed a bar facility which gives the opportunity of meeting other guests.

Absolutely loved our three week stay. It is so clean (and we are picky about this), comfortable & well appointed. Easy walk to downtown, waterfront,festivities, shopping, restaurants etc. Great service and help from all the friendly staff. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
