Like that it had a pool but the shower was less than average with low pressure and had a hard time keeping the temperature the same of water.

The Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax is conveniently and quiet

The hotel overall was fine. I needed a room with a roll in shower and bench, however I couldn’t sit and use the handheld showerhead because there was no water pressure- I had to stand with my walker in the shower for safety. We requested maintenance but they never came. Also, I was glad I chose the $4 breakfast add on when I booked - breakfast was $15 for a generic buffet breakfast.

Hot water in shower was not always working and TV cable kept going off even when weather was nice.

Clean, quiet hotel. Pool and hot tub were clean. Always a pleasant stay.

I felt I got a clean room, the items promised worked, I was there to do business while my home was being repaired. The manager Allen was excellent, but other staff wasn’t. They were rude and dismissive. But if I asked Allen he was very much a fixer. Even with me being displaced, he seemed to listen and allowed me my room early, because I was so upset. I’ll recommend Allen to others,

I loved this hotel , only thing that i couldn't get my laptop connected to the hotel wifi. I had to soend to day at starbucks.

Check in was a disaster. The computers were down and the manager was very rude about the situation. After 1/2 hr she found us on her list and gave us a key to our room which was supposed to be 2 beds. Went directly to the room to find out it was 1 king bed and had to go back to have her give us a new room which was another 20 minutes. At this point the line of people was almost to the door. The manager should have had some assistance especially since the system was down from the day before. Many in our group had the same experience and some way worse.

Did not realize that breakfast was not included. It was available for purchase in the hotel lobby restaurant. I may have missed this information when booking. Otherwise quite good stay.

Beautiful hotel; a tiny age in spots. Great location. Pool & jacuzzi under maintenance. Room fabulous!!! Super dog friendly!!! No free breakfast. Coffee in room delish.

Everything was great and will totally stay again only issue I had was that they don’t have cribs/rollaways even though they’re advertised so I specifically didn’t bring one

Check in and out was smooth. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and just as pictured. There was a mess in the hallway from the cleaners dumping a rooms garbage into their cart that was left for over a day. Besides that gross site everything else was wonderful.

Comfortable room with comfortable bed

I would have done more researching before booking at this location. I thought booking at a Hilton, they would have had slightly higher standards but I could have stayed in a motel for what we received. I booked the room for 4/26/24 - 4/29/24 with all intentions of being able to take my kids to the pool after our busy day or if we got rained out of our event we had something else to do. Only to find out the pool was out of service. On 4/27/24 I took my son to get breakfast and was reading their menu on a stand outside of the dining area I barely got to read any of it before a waitress came and told us to come sit down it was included no worries, they got us a cranberry juice and coffee and then my son decided to get a bagel, it was rock hard, he took one bite and said it was disgusting and he couldn't eat it. Because the woman told us it was included we got up to leave and was chased down to sign a check so it could be billed to our room. I immediately went to the front desk to explain and was told it would be taken off the room bill (not sure yet if it actually was) We were so upset about the overall experience at this location we checked out on 4/28/24 even though we were booked and paid in full for another day. The hotel is also right next to the fire station so you will be hearing fire whistles from next door 24/7. There is also no overhang for smokers, so when it's raining they are smoking right next to the front door where the only overhang is located.

Clean, desirable hotel.

Selected this particular hotel because the Hilton reputation should have ensured great comfort and quality. But more because we needed the pool/sauna to continue knee rehab from a procedure. The hotel itself was as expected, but comfort was compromised by a bed that was less than comfortable. Our biggest issue was the pool/sauna were “out of service”. When I asked what that was about at checkout, I was told it was because there was an inspection scheduled. I fail to understand how an inspection would close such a desired part of the accommodation. We had many options in Fairfax and chose what we believed would best fit our needs. We were disappointed.
