Very nice, clean simple hotel, in a fantastic location walking distance from shops and restaurants

Excellent stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work for the whole of our stay despite the engineer keep visiting! It was during the election period so we were keen to follow. There was no restaurant or any eating facilities as it was being upgraded. Pool was beautiful and we took a swim every day.

We have stayed here numerous times and enjoy the location and staff. This time the AC in bedroom of the suite was less effective than in living room area. One of the elevates out if service but other than that I would stay here again in the future.

Second time staying here, it’s cool in coconut grove you can walk and plenty of food in the area. No parking unless you book a private apartment if not valet is $36 a day

Girl in the front desk uninterested in helping, Rooms have a 2 door system. Main door to our room was locked. When coming down to ask desk to open main door, was responded with attitude. In the process of getting our key situated sorted they slapped a sticker on my car while taking bags up to the room. A little customer service goes a long way.

The property was great, within walking distance to restaurants, a park, and library. Loved the fact Starbucks was just a few minutes walk from hotel and the staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating.

Room and location good but hidden charges you are compelled to pay. Half the hotel is air BNB and they self park but the hotel forces their guests to use valet (same lot) to collect fees and make you wait.
They also never serviced the room even though claiming to offer same.
Asked twice to speak with the manager who refused to appear. This person would be fired at any other place.

Everything was great, except that this is a No Smoking property and it reeks of marijuana smell everywhere, elevators, hallways, rooms. The property is NOT enforcing its own policies on maintaining a smoke free environment, harming it’s own guests by allowing public disregard to the health of guests. This is a HUGE problem.

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here. The 1st time the couldnt find my car from valet. This time i had to go get my own car from the 4th floor. I shouldnt have to pay over $30 for valet to get my own car. I would like a refund for this if possible and most likely will never stay here again.

Parking staff does their best to keep up. We had to valet park ($36 per night) and it becomes a hassle because there are too many cars, no space and they can’t process it quickly enough. Also, the rooms need updated: Paint, carpet, furniture, etc. Lobby looks good.

The overall experience was good. Staff was helpful prior to and upon check in. The hotel is walking distance to a few bars and several restaurants all within less than one mile. Its about 15 minutes outside of south beach. The room was nice. Alot smaller than expected. I stayed in room 1111-1 and it looks like it used to be one larger room and they split it in two. We didnt have a microwave to warm up left overs. The balcony was fairly small as well but the view was decent. We had a city view. The pool was beautiful. It overlooks the bay and it was perfect. The only reason i gave less than 5 stars is because i did see one bug upon arrival and there were some underwear from a previous guest left behind the drapes that were missed during clean up. Aside from that, i would likely stay again in a more upgraded room.

We were impressed with Hotel Arya: large modern lobby, helpful staff and ideal location to walk to nearby parks, restaurants and shops. Fantastic view of Biscayne Bay from the balcony and rooftop pool. Hallways were clean and recently updated. Would happily stay here again.

Very central in Coconut Grove. Everything on walking distance. Got a room with complete kitchen. Including dishwasher. Excellent view over Miami of you get a room high up. Nice pool area. Staff very helpful. Room service very good. Will definitely stay there on my next trip to Miami. Valley parking gets a little expensive of you stay there for a longer time.
