Good sized room and comfy bed. Heated floor in the bathroom was a plus! Ample parking and the theming is good too

Clean, warm, spacious and comfortable.
Our 1 bed suite was big. The bathroom was huge. We even had a bath ! The only slight negatives, the lighting in the suite was terrible. And the suite was a bit dated. Wouldn’t out me off from staying again. We will definitely stay here again.

Love the modern aesthetic and the heated bathroom floors! Beds are all comfortable and each room gets their own tv which is great!

No lift for those at the second level. Safer to room at the top though. Good gym facilities. Warm, and the multiple windows allowed for fresh air.

Hot water bottle has dark dust inside also power switch and buttons full off dust on top no body wash in room we even asked for room to serviced again on 2nd night of our stay but body wash bottles still no refilled over all not worth of stay

A nice quiet place to stay, very close to the city center and close to shops. Very friendly staff. The property is old, but well maintained. A nice spacious room but beds a getting a bit tired.

Easy check in and ample free parking. Rooms were clean and spaicous. Seemed a bit dated but clean. Beds could have been more comfortable. A down pad was on top of the mattress to add softness. The pad moved during sleep.

Lovely old England style prooerty on the outside, and beautufully refurbished rooms in the interior. Our suites were very large wuth modern bathrooms, cimfirtabke beds, and great sitting rooms. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place.. the staff were absolutely outstanding and only too happy to help. Absolutely would stay here again.

Unique old England architecture. Staff helpful. Sadly we did not receive notice pool was closed until it was too late to change plans. Restaurant is excellent but it’s necessary to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it. Easy safe walk to nearby pubs and park.

Lovely accommodation and restaurant. But...I don't know why these chain hotels charge a credit card surcharge. Smaller hotels don't so why the larger ones...Most clients will be paying by CC so it just seems like a price hike.

Very nice staff who did all the right things when we had an issue with the plumbing.
Also contacted us when they found we had left behind our charging unit and cords. They then arranged forwarding them to us, although at the required cost.
Units were a little dated and in need of refurbishing, though it was all clean and tidy.
