We checked-in late as we had an early flight. Everything went smoothly and it was quick and easy. Hotel room itself was quite basic but clean. I liked the big shower!

Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. We cannot understand why the heating wasn’t started before we arrived - especially considering we had provided all our flight details. Very disppointing :(

We have stayed at Sudima several times and noticed its age a bit this time but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and obliging and we were happy with the quality of the meal we had.

Picked this hotel as I need to be at the airport at 4am. It is very convenient as the hotel provides free shuttle bus directly to the airport. There is a supermarket and some nice restaurants nearby. What’s more, it is worth visiting International Antarctic Centre if time allows.

It was great…We arrived past midnight. Called the hotel from the airport information center and the hotel’s shuttle pocked us up right the way. A very nice gentleman took care of our luggage. The check in was quick and they accommodated our late check-out request. The room was very comfortable. Great hotel and great service!

It was my first time to stay at Sudima & I will definitely stay again in one on my next opportunity. This modern & elegantly designed hotel has all the amenities plus a very friendly/welcoming staff. It has complimentary airport shuttle & this Christchurch airport hotel was close to restaurants & a grocery store. The hotel of course had its own restaurant in its premises. Loved our stay at Sudima.

SUPER awesome that you have a luggage scale. I have never seen one in a hotel before and it was massively helpful to me.
Your after 5pm selections for food was why I didn't dine. Your options before 5 pm I would have ordered.

Wonderful check in experience with Wilson when I’d booked very last minute. Friendly and helpful, and lovely to chat with. Room was fantastic, nice and spacious and despite facing the road and being near the airport, no noise detected! Would happily stay again

Keith our shuttle valet driver was amazing such a kind and wonderful man. James at reception was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. All the house keeping staff greeted us with kind smiles

Excellent option for my stay. Close to the airport and supermarket and just down the road from where my business was being conducted. Clean modern accommodation
