We had NO shower curtain!! No cups to rince mouth from toothpaste! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I WILL NEWVER COME BACK!!!!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the hotel. My experience was far from the standard one would expect from a hotel of your reputation, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to prevent others from having a similar experience. Delayed Check-In: Despite my confirmed check-in time of 3:00 PM, I was unable to access my room until 5:30 PM. This delay was not communicated in advance, nor was there any form of compensation offered for the inconvenience. Lack of Breakfast Facility: The hotel advertised breakfast services that were non-existent during my stay. There were no staff available to address this issue, leaving me without an essential amenity. Inadequate Room Service: The absence of room service staff further compounded the discomfort, as there was no support available for basic needs during my stay. Cost vs. Experience: I paid $423 for a two-night stay, which I believe was grossly disproportionate to the service and facilities provided. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not justify the expense.

That’s place is dirty in the room,smell to bad and my kids had bitten by the bugs,that’s terrible and I never come back

Very noisy from the outside traffic, not to mention that for the 3 nights we stayed there, the fire alarm went off every day (in the evening). One day it happened twice, in the morning and evening, very annoying!! It didn’t stop unless the fire truck/police came…no actual fire was there! Keep in mind that for every single issue you have, they won’t come to your room, you have to go downstairs with dirty towels to be replaced, with a light bulb to get a new one…you pay them to do your own maintenance:(( Disappointing as it says breakfast to go included, but when you go downstairs you might, luckily, find a fruit bar or a muffin to take!! We’ll never stay here agai! NOT recommended!!

Some staff inattentive...some lacking in customer service. I saw a roach in the bathroom on our last night!! I definitely would not be going back.

Everything was ok , except we had a faulty alarm in the middle of the night , scared everyone and we had to wake up and get outside for a while. And some stuff little bit rude also dont expect a breakfast it's just a little snacks lol . Other than that everything else was Ok.

Having stage three lung cancer and having treatments this place was absolutely impeccable, one of the best extended stays we have ever experienced. The room were big, spacious and very clean, ans the beds are so comfortable I finally slept good and rested. The staff is one of the most supportive, caring and kind hearted staff we have experienced at an extended stay EVER! they absolutely go above and beyond for their guest, thry even treated us with respect and brought our dishes to the door to us , and even helped deliver our groceries to us. I don’t know what kind of training their management does here but kudos to them. You’re doing a wonderful job with your staff and this is one of the best places which stay we will definitely come back and definitely recommend us to our family and friends. Thank you guys so much for making us feel at home.

Comfortable and convenient . Kitchen was a nice plus.

Its a straightforward hotel. Decent in all areas, clean, regular comfy, smells ok, convenient location, affordable; it does the job. I would recommend to anybody whos coming out of state to visit NY, those who are going to the Giants & Jets games, concerts, etc at metlife.

Do not set over expectations about this property. It is an average quality standard location based on cleanliness and facilities they provide. Don’t expect that a freeze in your room has water available, you have to call them or go downstairs to get a box of facial tissue, they do not provide housekeeping service for free if you are staying lesser than 7 days, and the list goes on. Bedsheets weren’t clean to the standard. Some kind of odour ruined the first day of our stay. But, the good thing about this location is that it is safe and easy to find parking at anytime. Overall stay was okayyyy.

The front desk receptionist could have been just a bit friendlier; customer service is what generates profits for any company. She needs to understand that as a receptionist, in that moment, she is the face Extended Stay America Suites

It was a nice place to stay but i wish i had a veiw of the water instead of the highway. The staff was nice and very courtesy. The only thing i didn't like was we had to take our own dirty towels and waah clothes downstairs to get new ones ro bring up. Plus they didn't come and tidy up the room while we was out shopping. Overall it was very convenient to everything even the American Dream mall.

The bathroom has lots of white stain on the tile on the bathroom. When i examined it i saw that you could scrub it off. So overall cleanliness for the bathroom was lacking. Also i was expecting a continental breakfast but all there was was coffee and a few muffins. No juice or water to drink and really nothing to eat.

Smelled terrible in the building. My toilet leaked and made the floor a mess. The tub filled up when I took a shower. The light next to the bed did not work.

Convenient location, and the staff were very friendly. Looks great from the outside but the room was very dirty and rundown. It did not look like the photos in the booking site! The walls were even dirty. At least the linens and towels were clean, and you could tell because of the strong smell of chlorine bleach.

Pros : 1. The rooms are large enough. 2. A small kitchen helps for managing food in home. Cons: 1. Location is not convenient for public transportation

Good value for what it was. Close the transportation to travel to New York City. Property was quiet and there we're grocery stores nearby and the ability to cook in the rooms. All in all not bad

I was promised a continental breakfast. They were out of food. The coffee was good, but this was not convenient for me.

They did not honor my reservation and cancelled it. I will never book this hotel chain ever again.
