No pros.

I had booked a reservation for a non-smoking room, but the room I was given smelled as if someone has been smoking in it moments before I arrived. It was not a subtle smell, but an all encompassing, nauseating smell of smoke. It was so incredibly unpleasant that I had to use a mask to try to repel the scent. Unfortunately even that did not help, which made it impossible to sleep amongst these conditions.

Cockroaches and huge bugs in the rooms, cleanliness

The hotel did not meet our expectations. It is promoted as having "breakfast" and every morning there were some granola bars, muffins, and packaged oatmeal out. The coffee was always empty and I had to ask to have it made. Upon our arrival, we were given our room and making ourselves comfortable for the next few days when I realized the refrigerator was not working. I called down and was told "oh ya you will have to change rooms because it is not working". Why are the rooms not checked prior to arrival or when the last guest leaves? The website states that there is cutlery and necessary kitchen items in the kitchenette. Not only did I have to ask for them but I also had to go down to reception to get them. I was not expecting to be served on a silver platter by no means but this hotel offered no customer service at all. We were locked out of our room and the hotel every day. We had to have the keys changed daily. This became quite annoying. The night time staff sleeps and is never at the reception when you need something (like being locked out) and are not happy when they are awakened. To the point where a sign was put up saying they were helping another guest until I began calling out "excuse me, hello" and saw the employee come out of the back room sleepy. This happened two nights. I asked for the coffee maker and was given two bags of coffee with nothing else to mix or make my coffee with. No one comes to take out garbage or clean the room, change the towels. We stayed for four days and were not provided any type of service whatsoever. The website states there is a pool and upon arrival we were told it was under maintenance. In all, this was very disappointing. We paid a lot of money to basically use a room for four days. Nothing that the website states is true and the customer service was disgusting. I have never stayed at a hotel that does not have night time staff.

There is no cleaning service after 7 days as stated and even after request no rooms are cleaned We gave a total of almost 28-30 nights booking in 20 days and didn't get the clean rooms to stay... how do you think we feel??

March 27th 2022. The stay in this place was super bad! Durty. When we arrived we noticed dirty spots in beds, and the trash after previous occipants was left in the room. More over it was Not safe for my family! We had an awful neighbors from the room 402 who organized the drunk fight between each other in the middle of the night. My kids and wife were afraid very much. I was concerned about the safety of the children because those people were very aggressive. I asked administrator to stop that mess, but he only had one kind conversation with our neighbors and declined my request to call the police. After he left they continued fighting. So I had to call 911 and only armed police officers could stop that drunk people. We didn't sleep the whole night! So I demanded the refund.

Location is the main asset of this facility

Major construction/repairs activity using heavy machinery in the building for the entire stay ! Poor choice of breakfast ! Almost useless TV. The facility needs major upgrades !

The staff was friendly, room was clean

The breakfast is not acceptable. Nothing really. I understand that COVID is preventing big breakfast, but there is literally nothing for little kids to eat. Oatmeal, muffin or a crunchy granola bar. No fruit, no cereal.. no juice.

No breakfast, even coffee, hot water was over before and not refilled. No fruits
