The Cambell House was just what we were looking for on our way to Dundee we stopped in Eugene for the night. We had a room in The Carriage House, with a king soft bed and a large jacuzzi tub, very spacious! Walking distance to restaurants on 5th Ave and had a Great breakfast the next morning. We walked the Skinner Butte Park afterwards and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Joe and Noreen from Long Island, NY

Passing through Eugene for a one night stay, and am so glad we chose the Campbell House Inn. Excellent staff, safe parking, very cute rooms, and excellent coffee, tea, and breakfast. Beautiful property as. Highly recommended!

Very nice, rooms are rather small. Very easy walking to downtown area. Parking is easy if walking isn’t for you.

Have stayed here before and always enjoyed our stay. Always look forward to their complimentary glass of wine, cookies and fabulous breakfast. Our only issue was that we were in a room with a double bed. Nothing to do with their establishment. We just didn't realize it was a going to be a double.

There were many good aspects of this b&b, but a few things I really didn’t like. First of all, the breakfasts were amazing! Different every day but first rate quality. The coffee was also very good. The yard and seating areas outside were also especially nice. And, the staff members were very helpful and courteous. What I really didn’t like was the furniture in our bedroom, the Campbell Family room no less! Room 208 had a bed that was extremely high. In fact, it was so high, one needed to use the two-step wooden stair stepper to climb up into it. It was very inconvenient. Additionally, my husband rolled over in the middle of the night and fell out of bed! Luckily, because he is in good shape he was not hurt, but for obese people or people with weak bones this could have been a medical emergency. I’m thinking broken hips. This bed is a hazard and should not be in a facility that caters to seniors. Additionally, the armoire was much too big for that tiny room and served no logical purpose. Our other problem with this room was that none of the electrical outlets allowed a tight hookup. I’m wondering if these outlets are a hazard.

Amazing property. Just wished that the bathtub drainage was better. Took years for the water to drain. Otherwise everything else was amazing.

The Campbell Inn was delightful! From the beautiful grounds to the delicious breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This a lovely property with lots of outdoor spaces to relax. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included sit down breakfast was very well done with a sweet or savory option (eggs Benedict or waffle with passionfruit sauce, coconut and raspberries for our stay). We also appreciated the complimentary glass of wine after a long day on the road and the kids appreciated the cookie jar.

Beautiful gardens, hot tub, easy walk to wide variety of restaurants and butte view of Eugene. One minor incident with loud street person being encouraged to keep moving to another location.

This is an amazing place to stay. We have stayed here before and we will be back.

This is an extraordinary experience except for one serious drawback personally. I have back trouble and this place has installed extremely soft mattress toppers in every bed. This makes my nights there quite painful. But, if that’s not a problem for you, this is a wonderful place

We just weren't there long enough. Arrived late in the evening but were greeted warmly and efficiently. Had to leave right after breakfast which was wonderful, but I wish we could have enjoyed the facilities a little longer!

Such a wonderful discovery. We were greeted with a complementary glass of wine and thoroughly enjoyed the old world charm of the gardens and the historic house.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and clean Bed & Breakfast place. When we were here at Campbell House Inn at Eugene in Oregon it felt as if we are in an Old World (England) Inn. Hence we can’t expect spacious rooms in these places. The breakfasts we had were wonderful, a “homemade” type breakfast away from home!

An iconic bed and breakfast in the heart of Eugene

The room was small, but my wife loved it. The overall ambience and the manicured grounds made up for the room size. Breakfast served in the quaint dining room was superb. My wife loved everything about the Campbell House.

It was so wonderful to get to stay at such a sweet Bed and Breakfast. It felt homey. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was kind and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend a stay at the Inn. It feels so different from a chain hotel. It felt like a community.

I have always wondered about this Inn. So glad I stayed. Really nice staff, lovely grounds, clean and simple room. Great location. Big bonus: freshly cooked breakfast with a DELICIOUS hot scone to start! Two thumbs up!

The property is meticulously maintained, beautifully landscaped. It feels like what an old Historic hotel should be. The breakfast everyday was unique. One morning salmon benedict with a side of thick sliced bacon ! Wow, filling and delivered with gusto. Every evening a complimentary glass of wine to sip out on the lawn. Needed to repair a clothing item and the front desk gave me a sewing kit The room was super quiet and cool even without a/c. Close to river walk, downtown activities and dining. It had it all going on. Thanks

I like trains, the track is 4 blocks away so you will hear the trains.

It was absolutely phenomenal

Beautiful place. Minor downside was a few train whistles nearby at night. Best breakfast. Great staff.

This property was a great location! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding and the scones were baked to perfection. I would stay again and I would recommend this Campbell House. We walked to the Nike store, visited a few shops and it was convenient to several restaurants for dinner! Thanks for making our visit to Eugene so enjoyably.

Great location to 5th Street Market and restaurants.

Beautiful garden, delicious food. However really loud train every 2 hours or so.. even with ear plugs still woke me up each time.
