This an old house decorated very nicely with nice staff and good but very salty omelette for breakfast. The problem was the room itself that was super tiny. The shower that was way too high and shoots water above your head. A short person would find it impossible to take a shower in the room we had. Plus the noise of a few trains passing nearby woke us up a few times at night

There were many good aspects of this b&b, but a few things I really didn’t like. First of all, the breakfasts were amazing! Different every day but first rate quality. The coffee was also very good. The yard and seating areas outside were also especially nice. And, the staff members were very helpful and courteous. What I really didn’t like was the furniture in our bedroom, the Campbell Family room no less! Room 208 had a bed that was extremely high. In fact, it was so high, one needed to use the two-step wooden stair stepper to climb up into it. It was very inconvenient. Additionally, my husband rolled over in the middle of the night and fell out of bed! Luckily, because he is in good shape he was not hurt, but for obese people or people with weak bones this could have been a medical emergency. I’m thinking broken hips. This bed is a hazard and should not be in a facility that caters to seniors. Additionally, the armoire was much too big for that tiny room and served no logical purpose. Our other problem with this room was that none of the electrical outlets allowed a tight hookup. I’m wondering if these outlets are a hazard.

lovely property- we enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in the garden after returning from a local theatre production. Perfect end to a day. Breakfast was an unexpected and delicious feast

This a lovely property with lots of outdoor spaces to relax. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included sit down breakfast was very well done with a sweet or savory option (eggs Benedict or waffle with passionfruit sauce, coconut and raspberries for our stay). We also appreciated the complimentary glass of wine after a long day on the road and the kids appreciated the cookie jar.

One minor incident with loud street person being encouraged to keep moving to another location.

We just weren't there long enough. Arrived late in the evening but were greeted warmly and efficiently. Had to leave right after breakfast which was wonderful, but I wish we could have enjoyed the facilities a little longer!

Delightful Bed & Breakfast with lovely grounds and well-appointed rooms. The staff was excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee and tea bar was just right. A very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful discovery. We were greeted with a complementary glass of wine and thoroughly enjoyed the old world charm of the gardens and the historic house.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and clean Bed & Breakfast place. When we were here at Campbell House Inn at Eugene in Oregon it felt as if we are in an Old World (England) Inn. Hence we can’t expect spacious rooms in these places. The breakfasts we had were wonderful, a “homemade” type breakfast away from home!

The room was small, but my wife loved it. The overall ambience and the manicured grounds made up for the room size. Breakfast served in the quaint dining room was superb. My wife loved everything about the Campbell House.

It was so wonderful to get to stay at such a sweet Bed and Breakfast. It felt homey. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was kind and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend a stay at the Inn. It feels so different from a chain hotel. It felt like a community.

I have always wondered about this Inn. So glad I stayed. Really nice staff, lovely grounds, clean and simple room. Great location. Big bonus: freshly cooked breakfast with a DELICIOUS hot scone to start! Two thumbs up!

The property is meticulously maintained, beautifully landscaped. It feels like what an old Historic hotel should be. The breakfast everyday was unique. One morning salmon benedict with a side of thick sliced bacon ! Wow, filling and delivered with gusto. Every evening a complimentary glass of wine to sip out on the lawn. Needed to repair a clothing item and the front desk gave me a sewing kit
The room was super quiet and cool even without a/c.
Close to river walk, downtown activities and dining. It had it all going on.

This property was a great location! Staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding and the scones were baked to perfection. I would stay again and I would recommend this Campbell House.
We walked to the Nike store, visited a few shops and it was convenient to several restaurants for dinner! Thanks for making our visit to Eugene so enjoyably.

The property is quaint, in a historic part of Eugene. Breakfast was included in the stay each morning and it was fabulous! The only downside was the air conditioning not working and it was a very warm few days in Eugene, so trying to sleep was tough. The other negative was the proximity of the property to the train tracks in downtown Eugene. Constant train whistles throughout the night had us waking up on the hour for the three nights we stayed. And the windows had to be open due to the temperature in the room. So, lots of pros and a few pretty major drawbacks.

This place is absolutely wonderful!! Unfortunately, on this visit the AC wasn’t working properly in my room… I needed to leave my room door open to get any type of cooling in my room (the AC worked in the hall.) I left my windows open all night to keep my room cooler. I HATE to leave negativity in my review, this place is SO GREAT!!

Campbell House Inn was WONDERFUL. LOVED the atmosphere and great location. Just steps down the hill to restaurants and shopping. Everything was top notch. Breakfast was DELICIOUS in the charming dinning area. Plenty of free parking. Perfect choice!

We were so impressed with this property! The front desk check in was easy, and so helpful. We had an early flight the next morning and would miss breakfast, so she made us boxes and brought them to our room for the next morning.
