Always enjoy staying at this Radisson blu location. The food in onsite and sub-way nearby are best. Jose, the bartender in the sports bar was very helpful and pleasent. Look forward to come back again.

Amazing place excellent service and good food

This stay was terrible. While being in business trip, at my last night at the hotel (a Thursday) the sky bar was rented by a privat arrangement. There was loud music and speaking starting at 22:00 and lasted 4 hours!! I and a lot of other people complained by calling the reception cause we could not sleep. Hotel reception didnt do anything since it was a "private arrangement", and they had payed for it. Its even illegal to play loud music over 11:00, and this continued to 02:00!! Plenty of people called the reception but they couldnt do anything as it was payed for. Like we didnt pay for a room and uninterrupted sleep! In the end I had to go to the reception to get a new room, in the middle of the night! This service was terrible, and made me really disappointed. Hard to understand how they cared more about a party than their own guest. If this had happend at a room, it would have been immediately closed down. Please, dont accept Rooms close to the top level (sky bar). You will not get any sleep.

We stay there one night during our road trip. We have been in Vilnius before in a number of Hotel and definitely this is the best one. The kids loved the complementary Hot chocolate and the comfortable bed. The toiletries were of excellent quality, the rooms were clean, the view also is a plus. We definetely will return.

I stayed for a business meeting a few days in July. I got a fair offer for an upgrade that I accepted, and was very happy about my room and the general level of service. The checkin and checkout were very fast and the service to get a taxi was immaculate. I left my room on the 17th floor, waiting for the elevator at 7.12 and was past security at the airport at 7.34, including checkout time, taxi drive and checking in my suitcase. So very convenient and super fast services provided, also thanks to the service level at the hotel. The Skybar is great and should not be missed. The old town is in a bit far walking distance (1 km), but I enjoyed the stroll over and next to the river after long days of meetings. There is a mall next to the hotel with several restaurants and very good views too. Recommended.

I had no experience with Radisson Blu hotels before my stay and I was absolutely delighted. I took an express bus from the airport which had a stop across the street from the hotel. Coming from that direction, the entrance was not intuitive but I quickly was able to find the hotel and make my way to main counter. The room was available and was exactly what I wanted. One great feature is that the room had excellent blackout curtains. At the time of my visit, the skies were bright past 11:00 pm and got bright again around 4:00 am. Good blackout curtains are important for sleeping. The hotel was just north of the old town. It was easy crossing the Neris River and then exploring the city. I arrived on a Saturday when most of the streets were closed so a marathon in honour of the 700th anniversary of Vilnius could be run. While the restaurant in the hotel is excellent, the old town has many restaurants to satisfy your craving. The breakfast buffet was first rate and the breakfast room overlooking the Neris River was quite bright. All in all a great visit!

Old style big communist building, rooms are run down. No double glazing so noise is everywhere. Mainly used for big groups. No dining possibilities except of breakfast or lobby bar with limited choices. Nothing to do around. Room facilities are poor. Absolutely not a five-star hotel. Far from the center. Currently around it's a huge building site.

Room good with open view, thick towels, complimentary water only for first night (does it really pay off to save 20 cents to have annoyed clients), breakfast basic+ Even though I asked for invoice early due to taxi arriving, took 30 mins to have it. A stylish hotel trying to save on service.

4 nights in the hotel, came to visit the town for relax - but construction outside makes a lot of noise from morning. 2 of 4 nights there was drunk / party people in the balcony, and there was empty bottles of alcohol and food everywhere, and they partied till 5 am in the morning, where no one stopped them. I was not happy for the stay, even though the service in front desk, and the bar was excellent. But experience Ruined by partying and drunk people at night

Room is Ok. Breakfast as well but there is not much vegetables in the offer. It is good to have information that the construction started near by. The service cannot print a propoer invoice. I have asked to prepare it in advance but I was told I would get it during check-out. Hotel should consider that it is not good to work on the invoice in the last moment as in the morning a lof of people might be in a hurry. There are big traffic jams near the hotel.

This hotel was just all around great!!! Not one thing to gripe about! I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Vilnius.

The hotel room was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was located in close proximity to the city center, as well as the Vilnius North Flixbus stop, which was very convenient. I stayed on the 6th floor, and even though it wasn't too high up, I still got a beautiful view of the surrounding areas. The only thing that bothered me slightly, was the ridiculous amounts of emails I received from Radisson prior to, and during my stay - I found that digital check-in wasn't a very useful feature, and it didn't really save me any time as it claimed it would. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and Radisson continues to be one of my favorite hotel chains - this hotel was definitely up to the standard I'm used to!

I’ve booked a standard room with king size bed. When I got to the hotel, there only separate beds and the only room with king size bed was for handicapped and I’ve refused it. I had to upgrade and add 20€ per night for a bigger room to get a king size bed. The room was clean, but very cold - the air conditioning was sent heating and there was even a slight wind coming from the windows. We complained about this this and hotel representative gave us a heater, the room became more warm but there still was a slight wind with cold air coming from the window. We are totally disappointed from our stay .

Nice hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The food at the bar was very good and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. There was building work next to the hotel which did wake me one morning.
